The food from this location has always been great! Tonight, we had a VERY rare occasion that our order was incorrect, we were missing 2 items (which isn't bad considering we were feeding multiple people and had a larger order). My husband called and told them we were missing 2 items, he was told "no problem. Bring your receipt and we'll get you fixed up."I went up there with my receipt and said "my husband called about some missing items from our order." The manager immediately came to the front, knew what order I was referring to and took care of it personally. Great management, personable staff, and consistent quality/flavor are what keeps us coming back! 10/10!

I went in to get a refill after ordering in the drive thru and they kicked me out because I hadn't dined in and I was trying to get a refill. I offered to show a worker my receipt from 30 minutes prior and she care. She just gave me an attitude and sent me off. Bad customer service!
