I dare anyone to order extra spicy shrimp and still live to talk about the experience. This was the HOTTEST shrimp I had EVER tried. I could only eat half a shrimp and had to run to get ice cream and milk. Omg ??️ So are you crazy enough to accept the challenge? Your ? will be sorry ?

We really liked the food. I got my usual crawfish, but the mild spice was too hot this time, unlike before. My husband loved the catfish. The beignets were great! The only downside was the sticky tables outside. Despite that, we'll definitely come back for the food.

So we're at the catch and we realized we were eating our crawfish there was a cooked spider in it.. one of the managers informed us that he couldn't give us a refund on the crawfish but he could give us the last pound he had. So i stated would you eat another lb of y'all crawfish if the previous one had a spider in it, he says oh spiders don't bother me i would still eat it. This will be a last time eating crawfish or anything at this place.. this is the catch in tyler tx.

Shrimp Po Boy. 3 shrimps on the po boy costing $3.49 each.As someone from south Louisiana, I understand inflation, but this is ridiculous.Follow up: The owner was on the ball and followed up asap. He was easy to work with and rectified the issue.Very positive.

After eating at another place just down the road from this place called Happy's not sure how the ratings are so close. If a place cooks good food i will tell everyone to try it. If its bad i will go out of my way to make sure people are aware of it. My wife went to go get us a togo order fish & shrimp. Absulutly bar none bad to the bone great taste. Everything was great. But i will thank them in person how good there fish & shrimp was. Great place if you like Vietnamese catfish Swi

I have never had any issues with ordering take out, but last Friday I had ordered on the app for pickup. Made it to the restaurant in about 30 mins. Gave the cashier my name and told him it was an app order for pickup. It was super busy and overcrowded and you could tell the staff was definitely overwhelmed. Waited 30-40 mins, watched everyone that was there before me get their food and dine in or leave. Again, I asked if my order would be ready soon, the worker told me they would check. I saw them ask others and then I never heard anything. Another 30 mins goes by and I ask again if it was ready. Finally, the manager told me that they missed my order somehow and asked if I'd like a refund. So, I left with no food after waiting over an hour. I called the next day to see when my refund would be back on my card. The manager gave me a number to the third party from the app service, I call them and they tell me that their number is only for restaurants not customers and I should talk to the restaurant. But he was nice enough to tell me it'll take 7 to 10 business days to see my refund. So,my husband and I thought we would give it another chance and order food from The Catch again on Sunday evening but order over the phone and pay cash at pickup. I call, they answer and sounded very busy again, put on hold for 12 mins. So we finally gave up. We really enjoy the food. And I never have an issue at lunch time. They desperately need more help and a bigger kitchen and restaurant.

Got 6 pounds of crawfish and I get all the way home it’s unseasoned no potatoes and two corns. When I called, they say they can put it back in the seasoning and they forgot to tell me there was no potatoes and that’s basically all they could do for me so I have to drive 20 minutes just to get my crawfish seasoned the way it’s supposed to be because it came with absolutely no seasoning.

Hubs loves to eat lunch here when he can. Took me for dinner, love the fish tacos! Everyone was enjoying boiled crab, crawfish and fried fish, crawfish all good!
