Wow! Wasabi brought it; the sushi, the service, and the vibe! We accidentally walked into one of the coolest restaurants in Tyler. The music was an indie fan's dream and Robert was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and top picks. We literally have already planned our new trip to Wasabi and what we want to try next. The portions are HUGE and SO fresh. The sauces that were paired with our sushi were perfection!
Loved it! They accommodated special dietary requests like gluten free, and the food was amazing and so was the service. We will stop in here every time we're in Tyler.

Our server suggested the calamari, was sooo good! Try it. We had very good sushi considering we're in East Texas in Tyler. I had a lobster crunch roll, my fav now along with the calamari.Server, I wish I could remember his name, was in mid afternoon on Saturday, he was great! Atmosphere....they can work on that.

We stopped in for an adult beverage and share a roll.ROBERT was our server. He was PHENOMENAL!! He asked about preferences and made beverage suggestions accordingly. When he found out we were just passing through, he made suggestions for local sights to see...if we had time, or for next time. I told him that if Tyler has a full-service hotel...he needs to apply for a concierge position. We shared the Tyler Texas Roll, It was SO tasty, with a great combination of flavors.Decor seems to be a work in progress. Some areas have a Japanese feeling, but others gave the feeling of being a former Italian restaurant, based on the artwork. Additionally, the restroom needs attention. I had no way to dry my hands. All in all, we rate it high and will return to try other menu items.

Great option passing through Tyler. We got the coconut green curry with tofu and veggie sushi roll (large pieces!). It was all great. Loved the way to tofu was cooked. Friendly staff. Would stop here again!

This was the first time my wife and I ate here. I had the Kung Pao with shrimp. My wife had the Kung Pao with scallops. In addition we ordered the spring rolls, the panic roll, and the Superman Burrito. Both of our Kung Paos were ok but nothing to brag about. The spring rolls tasted like they came out of a box and then heated up. The panic roll had no flavor to it except for the jalapeño on top. The Superman Burrito was tasteless, an abomination, an insult to sushi masters, and should be taken off the menu altogether. The only reason this is getting a two star is because of the atmosphere. Will not be returning.
