This was a curbside pickup order. The food was cold, broccoli had only stalks and baked potato was rotten on one end. I think they just got the food from the buffet line. I called to let them know and they put me on hold.

I have been going to Golden Coral, me, and my family for years!! Over 20 years and this location's food today was absolutely horrible!! The meat was dried out, the cabbage was dry, the brisket was crunchy, the wings were hard, the catfish was old, dry and hard, the sauces for the wings were dried out, the ham was dry. The only good thing about our visit today was the overworked waitress that me and my family and I generously tipped. I will never return to this location, nor would I recommend anybody else to!

The buffet selection was very limited. I kept noticing the signs above the different buffet areas that advertised foods that were no longer served. ( Such as Spaghetti and meatballs and no spaghetti or meatballs were present. There was shrimp listed in the sign above the seafood area and of course there was no shrimp. The desert area had a sign above it advertising a chocolate fountain that was no longer present. There were other foods advertised in the buffet signs that were not present, but I can't recall them as this is being written more than a week later.) As you enter to pay the buffet prices are advertised. I believe it was $12.99, but then they ask if you want a drink. Of course I say yes to wanting a drink. (Drink prices not advertised). $3.99 for a drink on top of the $12.99 you are already paying. Just advertise the buffet at $18 instead of charging hefty prices on the beverages. At this price point you can go to any Asian buffet and get a much bigger selection that will cost much less.

This is a good restaurant but I ran into some problems. Are waiter was very nice and friendly, but the food was lacking, and the people at the grill were not paying any attention to their customers when I asked them a question They looked at me and walked away. I will probably not come here Again. No one really would give me a reliable answer. If they had Italian food they usually do every time I come here. The chefs kept piling up gross Old food on top of the new food, and the soup was crusty The soup was also stuck to the bottom of the pan There were three of them, They were three of them and they were all stuck to the bottom of the pan. We had to get a manager to Remove it. But they never replaced it with fresh soup.
Wow! Great selection of every kind of salad, entre, sides and dessert. I enjoyed a great fried fish and crab salad. Finished with soft serve ice cream and blueberry pie. My dad, 97, loved his meatloaf smothered in brown gravey and a warm roll. Endless water refills and pretty affordable considering our recent dinners out at Applebee's and Olive Garden. Will go again!
