Food and service was very good, however Rude and loud customers destroyed the atmosphere. Parents that raise their Children to need electric devices in public should lower the volume on said device. The management should have requested this but did not. When We brought it to their attention they looked at me as if they did not understand. I have been in and out of the restaurant for years, however this was my last visit.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!SHE CAME TO GET OUR ORDER. Ordering from Door Dash and it's always good but my issue is the way they charge you online. A normal dinner in restaurant included rice and choice of soup and choice of egg roll or ragoon. You can't choose that on line and if you put anything in special instructions you are charged extra. It's all ready expensive in store but online is out of control. A $50 dinner becomes $75 for choosing your rice and an egg roll or ragoon!!

We have lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years. I can't honestly say why we've never gotten to Shanghai, but it has totally been our loss. We have only ordered through DoorDash, but the food always arrives fresh, delicious and of the highest quality. I will tell you, if you see "hot and spicy" on the menu... believe it! Cheers!

Man I wanted to like it, but couldn’t and didn’t. The rice was just okay and our sesame chicken wasn’t giving. The crab Rangoon and ribs were good, though not enough that I would go back?
Only thing this restaurant really has going for them is that their crab Rangoons are excellent. Other than that, general tso chicken was chewy and hard to eat. Chicken with vegetables had absolutely no flavor. It looked and tasted as if the chicken slices were just boiled in water with the veggies. Overall just was not a good experience.
