2.5 stars.The staff is kind and generous.The food was terrible. The parking lot was strewn with trash. The floor was sticky.But the staff was kind and generous.

Lady didn’t give me my Nicole change. When I asked for my change, she gave me 5 cents with food caked on it. It was so dirty, I couldn’t even put it in my purse. I fave it back to her and said you can give me a nickel. She gave me my quarter back instead and said something under her breath. I think she called me a name. Rudest person I’ve run into in a while. Disgusting.

If Google would allow me to rate this place ZERO stars I would. The food was horrible and the blizzard we shared had a hair in it which capped off the horrible dining experience we had here. The floor was so sticky throughout the entire restaurant that with every step I took I'd walk right out of my flip flops. The fries were cold and hard as a rock. The tea was old and needed to be re-made. My chicken fingers were hard as a rock and I almost chipped my tooth on them. The manager was also having a conversation with employees out on the floor right behind us regarding not enough employees and she can't keep working 60-70 hour work weeks. I get it but that's not professional in the least nor should you have a conversation like that infront of customers. The whole experience was ridiculous! I'm never going back!???

You had one car at ur drive thru. You told me you would be right with me two times gave the person their order which took forever I think they only got like a blizzard and then the person takes off and you never come back to take my order so I drove off you lost out on business and you waste of my time

Always slow, sub par service.The blizzard cups usually have holes in them, and give you the blizzard first so by the time the eventually get you your food, if the orders even right, 10 minuts later your blizzard is melted.Literally the worst DQ ever experience you could possibly have.This isn't a one time ordeal either. It's a regular issue. So just know blizzard comes first, likely in a cup with holes that it'll melt through. Then 10 minuts later you'll get sup par food that is probably wrong.

The rest of the staff is really nice and treated me great, but this one worker, Christy treated me like absolute garbage. She was rushing me in the drive through when i said i needed to think about my order. My friends have all had the same experience or similar experiences with her. Please do something about this because it isn’t okay. Thank you for reading.

Understaffed but the employees did their best to take care of everyone but tables needed to be cleaned. But overall food was good just need some extra help to take care of everything out on the floor

Weren't taking orders at the menu, they were having people order at the window which was super slow. Took forever to make one burger. It was the Jalitos ranch burger and they didn't even put ranch on it, just mustard. The jalitos were burned so black I thought they were another burger patty. Overall terrible experience. Sad because DQ has a few menu items we like that we can't get anywhere else, but whenever we go anymore we're disappointed.

First time in this location. I ordered the taco meal with out tomatoes and a blizzard for my boys. When we got our tacos they had tomatoes but they were hidden under the lettuce and cheese. I let the lady know and she asked if I could just pick them out because they were swamped. First of all we were the only ones there besides a couple that already had their food. No one was in the drive through. We ended up keep them because my husband said he would eat them but there was barley any meat and the shells were stale. I took them up to the counter and let the cashier know and asked if we could just get something else and she stated they can only give me my money back. The manager came up to the front and I let her know what the order was suppose to be and that we were asked to pick out the tomatoes. She was very nice and apologized and gave me my money back plus a steak finger.

Well I was going to chime in about the consistency of the gravy but it seems like I would be preaching to the choir. I called the location where I ordered my food and asked if the consistency of the gravy is water, her reply was well we make it out of a packet and it's always the same. It seems as though that's a lie because every gravy packet I've used (even dollar tree gravy) doesn't even come close to the poorly made concoction that I received. You would also think that since this is not the first mention of it that it would change, but maybe not. I was offered a replacement gravy but what am I gonna do with more gravy water.

Worse experience of my life! Beware floor is so greasy hold on to something so you don’t fall. Food was disgusting overcooked in old grease. Even asked for a re do and it was worse than the first order?? Beware?? Customer service was terrible young kids w no mgr on site. We have eaten here manny times over the years traveling and this was so disappointing. Last Time!!!

Got two orders of the chicken strip dinners. They were overcooked and the gravy had the consistency of MILK, I’m not kidding. It was gross. I can’t believe someone would actually serve that. We had to throw it out. Our ice cream sundaes we’re good though. The sundaes are the only reason I gave it two stars.
