Wow! This place is amazing! Delicious soups, tasty salads, scrumptious flatbreads...the food does not disappoint??Now, let's talk about the local winery: fresh whites, robust reds, sexy sparklings, try a flight to find your favs. Have them host your next book club meeting, girl's night out, date night, or afternoon of biz work with solid wifi. Hidden gem in Valley View, Texas ?

Outstanding lobster bisque and bruschetta. Where else can you get a nice sized bowl of lobster bisque for $4.99?! Excellent wine, atmosphere and service. If located in Dallas it would have a 3 hour wait and 5 times the price. Support this gem of a place or risk losing it.

The lobster bisque is worth the hour drive from Dallas. It’s better than Pappas Brothers (my previous gold standard)! The bruschetta is the best I’ve ever had. The flatbreads are wonderful, and a glass of their Saturn Missile red wine is soulful and perfect. I’m shocked and delighted to find an experience this good in a small town. Must try!

On our wine journey throughout Texas we're always looking for not only good wines but a great overall experience. Don't hesitate in venturing out to this little hidden gem. Located in the very small town of Valley View its a bit deceiving in what awaits you.1. Nice array of wines. We'd recommend selecting the flight allowing you to taste a nice assortment. Our personal favorite was the Trailblazer, a really smooth cab and merlot blend.2. Food. Appealing presentation and delicious. Recommend the bruschetta.3. Our hostess Jennifer was a joy. Attentive, engaging and informative. Thank you Jennifer for a great experience.

Nice ambiance but that's about it. Service was terrible slow although there were few patrons in the winery and they had at least 4 staff. Decided to eat outside in the back, waited and waited forever for a flatbread. Had 2 Coke and was charged for both, so no refill here. Had ask when placing my order for a to-go box but did not come. Missing also no silver and napkins. Will not recommend to friends.Bartender was also rude and gave me a bs excuse why I could not have a cork or two.

We visited for tasting flights as part of the North Texas Wine Trail. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. There is lots of seating with a bar, several rooms inside and covered patios. Free street parking nearby. The building faces the little town square park. The ambiance was relaxed with many signs in French and French music playing. They do their tasting flights on a tree, which is fun. There are also frozen wine options. This would be a great place to come with your girls group!

Wine is below average. Food is average. Service is below average. Our server was more interested in talking to guest at the bar than keeping track of her table. When I asked her for a different drink she definitely had attitude. Will not be returning.

Fabulous wine, food and an incredible ambience. This is a great date night, friends night out and or a quiet stop for some "me time". The service is first class and staff recommendations are top notch. Regardless of the desire, you have to add Firelight to your entertainment list!

Visited Firelight Vineyards for the first time and was not disappointed! We were met at the door by a very pleasant hostess and given a table near the bar. We could hear the live music (which was very good!) from another portion of the building and still carry on a conversation. Our server was very helpful in giving us "the lay of the land" and took great care of us. We opted for the five-glass sampler and WOW what a stunner of a display! All of the wines we sampled were unique and so very flavorful! I'm not much of a white wine fan, but the Viognier could definitely change my ways. The Merlot was also a favorite. We shared the antipasto board and the bruschetta. The board was a tad underwhelming but forgivable because the bruschetta more than made up for it!! The bread was both crispy and soft unlike the cement-like baguettes most places serve. The tomato topping is out of this world good! Long review short, lovely and quaint atmosphere, amazing wine, bruschetta that'll make you want to slap your Italian grandma - we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be back.
