We are visiting Texas while on vacation and stopped in at this place and its is awesome. My wife and I had came in 45 minutes before they cosed.The staff was super chill. Some of the best tasting whiskey,moonshine and rum. We both got the flight of 4 and loved it. We went home with bottle of peach moonshine. But the pirates brew rum is where it's at.

Open for 10 years, they distill all of the liquor they sell. Josh and Trevor are the best. It's in a historic bank building on the square in Valley View. No food, but you can bring it in from the neighboring Restaraunts. Offering high end Rum, whiskey, bourbon Vodka and moonshine, it does no disappoint!

This place is awesome. Very laid back atmosphere but service and whiskey selection was just perfect, especially after a day of visiting wineries. Very fun menu of tastings. And the actual drinks are really good. Small place, but truly love the laid back atmosphere just to relax and enjoy drinks / tastings with friends. Definitely worth a visit, and the staff who work here are super cool.

I thought whiskey hollow was okay. The service could’ve been a little more welcoming, but the moonshine was on point.I have no other complaints. It’s a small place, so don’t expect lots of space. But it’s an old building. So I understand.Regardless, it’s still cute and a good place for adults to visit.The drinks are reasonably priced, the moonshine is delicious and overall the patrons are even sweet.

Located in the tiny tiny tiny town of Valley view, there's not much else in the town except this little distillery. It is very plain from the front, and not much on the inside either. Whiskey tastings were only five dollars though so it was a pretty good deal. The rum and vodka were not that great, but the moonshine and bourbon were.

Whiskey Hollow in Valley View is amazing! Great service and great drinks! They have a $5 (4) 1/2 oz shots that you can order and test if you don't know what you want, you can try it and not kill the bank! Great job!! Will be back!
