Was passing through and Yelped coffee. Clean Brew popped up and wasn't a chain business. We love to try local places. Pulled in and saw a laundromat. My husband was questioning my ability to find coffee lol. Walked around to the back and saw a cute patio with lots of character and walk up window to order your drinks. The young lady who took our order was really sweet and the coffee and iced chai is delicious. You won't be disappointed!

Family owned laundry & Coffee place! There is air-conditioning & heating. They keep take pride in the way this place looks. It's tucked into a neighborhood and a nice location. It's a safe location for children and family. There is a change machine and usually a few magazines to read. There is a drive thru to pick up coffee and they do have some food too.

I’m new to the area and was hesitant about ordering from here because I love a Starbucks latte. I decided to order a mocha latte and was surprised at how delicious and smooth it was! My husband enjoyed the taste as well and he’s not a fan of mocha in general. Glad I supported a small business today! I’ll definitely be back.

I'm currently evacuated from hurricane Ida with my family. My mom and I have a ritual of getting chai lattes on Wednesdays, so we had to find a local coffee shop. This is the only one in Van. The front doesn't look promising, but that's just the laundromat part. If you walk around to the back, there's a gorgeous outdoor seating area with shade, flowers, and butterflies. The chai lattes are delicious. We tried them with oat milk at the barista's recommendation, and loved them!

Nice and quiet on this fine saturday afternoon. Washer and dryers are always clean and working great and u can enjoy a nice cold coffee til 2 pm at their cafe.
