The food quality varies a lot for the same exact order, I wish it was consistent day to day. One day it seems prepared well and the next it is not, so I don't like going there any more.

I order a large sticky finger pizza and said NO bell peppers it was loaded with bell peppers. I have a disabled girl who has no patience lol they didn't offer nothing to compensate their mistake. I will never be back

Order a pizza and a dozen and a half wings The wings were cold and soggy I ate part of one and then we'll dress one in the garbage pizza well I don't know what to tell you it wasn't good but I've had worse but the wings sucked

I ordered what was supposed to be a supreme with extra cheese and I got only cheese and when I called at 8:47 and told they were closed before 9 I got an argument and told I was lying about what pizza I received and when I finally got to me Jim's and the manager said I was right and got chased out by a red head rude teenager for them being in the wrong and leaving a review

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday shortly after they opened and ordered a pizza; pepperoni and tomato with bbq sauce; and were very impressed; the crust was light and not too thick; toppings were perfect. The inside of the restaurant was spotless and the staff were great.

Well I was all ready to give an excellent review when I realized some items missing. When I called back cashier was rude and refused to respond with good manners . I added ranch to my order so she deleted all the sauce that came with my order . I explained I still wanted my sauce that came with my order just add ranch . She basically told me off exclaiming that's my fault! She dismissed me and hung up. The old supervisor would not have tolerated speaking to a customer like that and would've had it express delivered!!!
