Fabulous find! Blueberry and lemon scones were the tastiest I’ve ever had. Kim was a delight to chat with. We’re going back for breakfast tomorrow!!!

Stopped by here to grab some breakfast for my son who is celiac. The cinnamon in the GF cinnamon roll tasted very strong and fresh! I'm not certain, but it tasted more like Ceylon cinnamon than Cassia to me, which was great! We also got a GF jalapeño kolache and a bacon cheddar scone, both of which were good! The GF kolache bread was more of a biscuit texture, so while it wasn't exactly identical to a traditional kolache, it was equally as delicious! The kolache was actually my son's favorite thing and he wants to go back and get more soon! The owner came out to speak with us and was super nice. She seems to take GF very seriously and I appreciate her hard work and effort to give celiac people somewhere safe to go as they have so few options! ? The girl who took our order was very thorough and very sweet. The shop also has a pleasant atmosphere, is well shaded and in a quiet area. We enjoyed it and will be back again!

We were in town to celebrate my mom's birthday and it happened to align with the 7th birthday of Baked Bliss. The cupcakes and raspberry bar were delicious as was the coffee. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Waco again.

I just would like to say my Neice graduated Baylor about 2wks ago and my sister ordered cupcakes and cookies for her after, and I have to say everything was as ordered, and about all else were delicious! The owner and staff were extremely kind!!! A Big Thank You!!!

Best gluten free cinnamon roll I’ve ever had! We had a gluten free strawberry lemonade cupcake that was delicious as well. The owner and employee were so kind and helpful and they have a lovely patio with a super cute baking themed fountain. I really appreciate the gluten free options, and everything was delicious!!

I needed a cake for a family member graduation, and Devin gets five stars from my family. His suggestion for Gluten Free Cake was incredible. The Chocolate Cake was everything I requested. Plus he provided delivery and did everything promised. The cost of the cake and delivery was extremely reasonable especially when you see the cakes. I highly recommend Baked Bliss.

I ordered the gluten free strawberry cupcake and the gluten free cinnamon roll.The cupcakes are a bit dense but that’s to be expected when it comes to gluten free, it was still moist and tasty. I would probably skip the cinnamon roll next time though, it was very very dry and the cinnamon was very overpowering. I know cracking the code for gluten free baking is very difficult so I’m not too hung up on the cinnamon roll but would love to see if there’s anything they can do differently that might make it better. It would also be nice to have a few more gluten free savory options on the menu (sausage kolache maybe?) Overall I enjoyed baked bliss and it’s great to have a place in Waco where I know I can gluten free items that are safe from cross contamination.
