Drove up to this Waco establishment and thought ermagerd the line is so long….Thanks to Chick fil a we got through it so fast.The leadership is second to none and I’m amazed how they make high school kids be so damn good at customer service.I think they need to write a book because these kids are on point with manners, the mission and exceptional quality service.

We love this Chick fil a but it definitely isn’t wheelchair friendly. It’s impossible to access the handicapped parking and it’s hard to navigate around the tables that are too close together.

I tell you what this has to be the best Chick-fil-A in town! Friendly staff, delicious food, spectacular service, very clean. it’s definitely worth standing in line and waiting. Smiling faces greet you and repeat your order. Another awesome employee is there in line to hand you your receipt. Next employee, still polite and smiles while handing you your order and wishes you an awesome day! We had ordered 3 number two meals and they were the bomb. This place is always packed during peek lunchtime hours especially the drive through but you can not beat their superior customer service. We will definitely be back again!!

Waited 20 minutes this morning to get a sandwich and then they park their delivery truck on the mobile drive thru and don’t offer alternate directions then the lady was like your ticket said you waited 16 minutes first of all I waited 20 minutes cause 4 minutes of that is trying to maneuver around y’all’s delivery truck but I wasn’t going to argue but yeah horrible experience oh and then to top it off no condiments in the bag. It’s 8 am they said they are super busy but this is not the chic fila experience

I'd give 5 stars if they'd just stop forgetting the dam sauces in the salads.It happens literally every time. Not once have they gotten the salad order right. It's just a salad!!!

I waited 15 mins through the mobile pick up line. I usually place my orders through there because it's quicker. After I got to the front they had me pull into a parking spot and wait another 10 mins. When I finally got my food it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out. I usually have no problems with this location, but I'm disappointed today.

It was good but they haven't been cooking the chicken long enough. Last three times haven't been bad but hasn't been really really good like usual. Speed of order was good. Service was goodParking: They don't have enough parking and when the drive thru is slammed like it usually is it be nice to find a place to park. Overall it wasn't a bad experience
