Love the freaky Friday cake; but the service sucks! If kids don’t want to work then they don’t need to because all they do is make the experience suck! Went in and got waited on by a tall skinny curly hair kid, I didn’t get his name but he was African American, he has an attitude the whole time, no friendliness at all and all I got was a 4 pack and he had no rush to make my order and I was the only one in there. Kids just gotta do better! I was there on tuesday.
Never greeted. Everyone working looked annoyed as my daughter and I walked in. One young man came from the back and got the cookies we wanted and rang us up after a long awkward wait. ( I rarely leave a negative review when service is bad, but this was uncalled for. A simple hello we will be with you in a minute goes a long way)
everything about this place is good!! they have something for someone every week!! and nothings ever the same it’s always a surprise on what the menu will be like !
