Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Got a loaded baked potatoes with brisket. It was delicious. I wish I got extra original bbq sauce. Employees were good too.

I ordered a 2 meat plate with brisket, Mac & cheese & bake beans & this was the nastiest bbq I ever had in my life the meat was dry & cold the Mac & cheese had no taste the beans was horrible also I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! I wasted $20 bucks

Man I tried this chain in Denver once and it was so mediocre I said I'd never do it again. Well I did. I knew better. Save your money man. I could make a better brisket in the truck. I feel robbed.

Used to be a 5 star place....This place is almost ALWAYS out of everything. It seems they either never cook enough for the day, never order enough or just want to get off early smh

Went on 6/23 at 3 PM and even though there were 4 employees working, it took 10 minutes to make a sandwich and dish the sides. They were all standing around talking about how much they hated working there. I also had to tell them how to make the Cuban Sandwich by reading aloud the menu description because they just couldn’t figure it out? I honestly think they were all high because they could not function. Also, the place is super dirty! No one cleans the tables.

Worst bbq I ever had in my life. Its should be against the law to serve boiled ribs. I wanted to cry after spending 35$ of my hard earned money.

We tried this Dickey's BBQ and it is one of the Worst ever. ?????? We ordered Sliced Brisket and a Backed Potato and this is the worst experience and customer service you can get. The Baked potato was at least a wk OLD bc it was sooo Hard you couldn't stab it with a fork or even Bite into it.????????? I took it up to the counter and showed the kid at the register and tried stabbing my fork into it and he just looked at me and said that's the last one. ??????? I told him I want something else or my money back for the Potato and he said the Mgr won't let him. ?????????? I asked to speak to the Mgr and he wouldn't even come up to the counter he just kept shaking his head at the employee. ???????? Don't ever go here it is Rude, Disgusting, and No Mgr or Employee will help you at all. ????????

I am a night driver and well dont wanna eat breakfast for my dinner. Jerry and juju were absolutely amazing. Even though they were not open yet they went ahead and let me get food that was not breakfast. The store and restaurant were clean. I will definitely return..... thank you for being so considerate of my situation.

There is a reason why this place has bad reviews. I should have listened to them but gave them a shot anyway. The worst ribs I have ever had anywhere, so tough I couldn’t even it them. Complete waste of money.

I wouldn’t place an order here. The food is greasy and cold, but if you do make sure you check your order to completion because if they don’t have an item they will not tell you about it before hand. They will just leave it out or replace it with something you might not like it, customer service was awful

Customer service was very friendly, pizza I got was steaming hot and fresh and cooked perfect! Clean restrooms along with a huge selection of items from cold and sinus to a candy bar, truck parts , pretty much a little bit of everything, lady at the counter was sweet and joked around, definitely stopping by next time I’m headed down to Waco

Paid $21.64 for 5 pork ribs plate with 2 side. When the half of rack plate has 6 pork ribs and 2 sides for $17. The Menu prices are false advertisement!!!
