I was thoroughly impressed on how sharp my waitress was. I get so tired of getting over apologetic For terrible service waitresses. I don’t remember her name, but she was super sharp taking care of a bunch of tables after the Baylor and BYU game. There was four of us at a table and we have never been there. She offered four different suggestions and we all went with each suggestion and they were really good. I had the chili dogs and I was definitely expecting like bag buns, and beans in the chili and it wasn’t… It was a definitely a good hotdog.

My best friend and I rode my little Honda to George's in 1969 to play pin-ball and eat a burger with fries and I've been coming back ever since. Food is always great and the service always on point. Love Sammy, Lopez, Chris, Rebecca, Wade and all the staff great people. Fifty-five years now and still going !! David and Lisa

One of the few places in Waco that a delicious healthy meal can be had. Pineapple chicken with broccoli and fruit is very good. Service was excellent, food tasty. Only minor complaint was it was a bit noisy to have a conversation but it's usually like that. Highly recommend!

Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicapped parking places but not always available from noon to 1.

We stopped on the way to Austin on a whim and were really glad we did. Our server was Anna and she greeted is quickly and got our order right away. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Broccoli and grilled chicken baked potato. Both were fantastic and came out pretty fast. We'll definitely have to try George's on our next trip down 35!

1st time visit, it won't be the last. We were told 15-30 minutes wait, and we're seated in about 8. The staff was friendly and professional. The chicken fried steak is deceivingly large for the description. My wife got the large (8oz) steak, and took half of it home. Thanks for being the high light of an otherwise disappointing visit to Waco.
