This is NOT true Mexican food. VERY OVERPRICED & not authentic. Mexican food trucks have better food. No one was at the front to seat us. I almost walked out. Idk how this restaurant hasn't gone out of business. Not coming back & would never recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a bacon, egg, bean, and cheese burrito. It was excellent! Definitely worth the price and big enough to share. The chips and salsa were good as well.

We love this hidden gem! Lunch time is busy busy because the food is authentic and freshly made! Sergio and his wife Sandra are the sweetest and have the best customer service!!
Sergio’s restaurant is one of my all time Waco favorites! I love coming in and being able to chat with Sergio. I appreciate his time and the effort he puts into every dish.
Amazing spot for great Mexican Food!! Sergio has some of the freshest seafood as well as other traditional dishes. If you are in Waco definitely check it

Waited over 30 minutes for the food when the restaurant was empty. When it arrived the shrimp were not cleaned properly so it was very gross. The waitress also did not apologize.

I do not know how they consider them a Mexican Restaurant. They do not have tamales on their menu. The tacos were spicy and the food was not all that great. My stomach was upset after I got home. This was my first and last visit there. Waitress service is outstanding.
Best breakfast burritos in Waco, hands down! Staff is always very friendly and service is quick. Very affordable also!

Sergio’s is only open Friday and Saturday nights. He has a good truck open during the week. Seafood is AMAZING and you can have it cooked to order. Knew them when it was Siete Mares and he catered for President Bush when he was in Central TX. New location and name, same great food and atmosphere. It’s BYOB. Get there early if you want a seat- it fills up fast.
