I called in my order ahead of time, and it was ready when I got there. Food was well packaged for transport, and they gave me additional barbecue sauce. I order the baked potato and turkey leg and both tasted phenomenally. I will be returning in the near future and recommend this truck for good service and good barbecue.
great food no complaint here been about every bbq place in waco and this is by far the best out there.customer service was on point i don't know what yall are saying in the comments that are bad but what we got today was excellent... would recommend it to everyone

I walked to one of the many food trucks near the Waco Hilton for lunch. Silver Creek Ranch is very inviting, with plenty of seating. We had the Chopped Pork and Chopped Brisket Sandwiches with Potato Salad. The meat was tender, with lightly sweet BBQ sauce. Their potato salad is similar to what you'd buy at HEB. It was all good, for 2 meals for around $20.
