Visiting from out of town DELICIOUS!!!! Cashier was so friendly loved her. Juicy burger and tots. I would come back. Homemade burger. Nothing like fast food. ? is good too.

Give Tracy a raise after what he had to deal with today.

Karenzilla came in throwing a fit over a DOORDASHER messing up, and took it out on him. I apologize to everyone for the scene I caused when I called her out for behaving like an unruly toddler, but there is no reason to berate customer service like that, especially over something they didn’t do. Give this man a raise.

Btw, food was great, but the best part was that butter cookie

To the responses from both Karen and her spouse: No she did not come in calmly, and no I did not just randomly turn and start yelling at her. She was starting to raise her voice and I tried to de-escalate by turning to her (when she was literally 2-3 feet away) and said “hey I get you’re upset, but we shouldn’t talk to other people like that.” And then SHE turned and started yelling at me, so yes I yelled back.

If you’re going to act like an unruly toddler in public, you’re making it everyone’s business. And that “next time someone won’t just talk they’ll take action.” Grow up. If you resort to threats of violence over someone calling out your bad behavior, that says significantly more about you. And yes Tracy yelled at you to shut up because you were literally screaming and acting like a bafoon.

It was my first time trying Tom's Burgers, and I was not at all impressed. First, the person at the counter who takes your order had bad vibes and acted like he didn't want to be bothered. That kind of attitude is never a way to make your customers feel welcomed. Second, the cheeseburger and fries I ordered were definitely not anything special. The meat patty was so thin and tasteless and was really overwhelmed with lettuce and far too many pickles for a small burger. The fries didn't fair any better as they were just low quality frozen fries. This place had been suggested as a really good local burger joint, but I don't get the hype at all. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

We have not eaten here in quite a while. We went because I had a Dr apt next door. I was shocked at how much Tom's has changed. it's definitely not the same. Food was just blah, the atmosphere was dead, and cooks looked lost. The lady who took our order was happy, smiling, and bubbly. We wont be back.

Vegetarian options: The only options were the fries, onion rings, and such. They made my wife sick to her stomach. Way greasy, and you could taste the beef (fried) items.

Please do not listen to Autumn Patena review! She has no freaking clue what happened! The same employee she is praising, Tracy, yelled and cussed at my wife over the phone when she called and asked about her order, that we had placed over an hour ago and still wasn't ready. Tracey screamed "people called in and it's not my (cussed) fault", and hung up on her. When doordash finally delivered the order, they forgot her drink, the cookie, and the fries were soggy. Now the drink was on the door dasher but everything else was a restaurant's fault.

So my wife went calmly to the restaurant, to get her a fresh order and the things that was missing. She asked for Tracy and at first he was nice but when she asked for her cookie and drink and a fresh order of food, he blew up at her again. My wife told him, "You don't need to talk to me like that, and I don't appreciate the way you talk to me over the phone either." As she said that Autumn Patena, who was standing behind her, made it her business, and started yelling at my wife telling her she doesn't need to talk to him like that. She then started getting in my wife face and arguing with her. As they were arguing Tracy kept yelling "Shut up! Shut up!" Autumn had no business saying anything to my wife because it had nothing to do with her nor did she know the whole story about it.

I would like to thank the other lady that was there who intervened and calm the situation down because the owner stood there and did nothing.
Now the owner did give her a fresh order, but we'll never eat her again. The food is not what is use to be and if they're going to allow their employees to talk to customers that way, they will not be getting our business.
As for you Autumn mind your business next time, because the next person you confront may not say word and just take action. Be careful.

First of Autumn you have no idea what happened before I got there. I ordered from DoorDash. I called the restaurant and spoke with Traci on the phone and he was very rude and not helpful. Then you decided to get involved when it was none of your business. My order that was delivered was cold and soggy not to mention two items were missing. Your Traci by the way remember when he yelled "Shut up" several times. That is not customer service. You knew nothing and yet you write this ridiculous review. This place is sketchy because they're extra nice to white people. Also that parking lot is horrific. They have been in business for years so they should know better how to handle being short staffed and to never yell at a customer. "karenzilla?" Really? Next time you want to confront someone you do not know....be careful because they may not talk, they will just take action. Stay in your lane.
I will say this, the owner did give me a fresh order but only after the incident so he felt obligated. He also did nothing he just stood there.

Excellent price to food ratio, small and quint, waiting 15 minutes on 2 burger however it was worth every minute.

The ceiling has multiple wet spots and overall it's really a beat up, old building. Not to forget the terrible parking lot it has holes and it is basically unsafe to walk for fear of falling. Definitely NOT handicap safe! Had a chili cheese dog, chili not good, husband had chicken sandwich which had no taste at all.
