ordered an 3 piece tender just for the chicken to be raw, night crew is terrible at this location, give all props to morning crew bcuz night crew needs to do better. they are rude and very unorganized, management at this location is terrible. the little girl working the front act like she don't knowing what she be doing. this location all in all is just one of the worst in waco tx. they never have fresh sweet tea. they just throw the order together with any disregard all in all this location i would not recommend to anybody !

Every time I come to this location they always seem to mess up my order - whether it’s a drive through or through the app my order is never what I originally requested and it’s quite frustrating because I want to like this place but cannot due to the quality of service and especially the behavior of the employees. This is by far the worst whataburger location I’ve ever been to and makes me not want to ever go back seeing the types of employees making my food. Atrocious.

Usually don't have any issues with over night breakfast, but the sausage breakfast bowl just consist of a sausage biscuit with cheese, 2 hash browns drowned in gravy. No Eggs ????

There was one employee that you could tell really didn't want to be there and didn't want to interact with people and made sure they knew they were an inconvenience to this individuals day. Besides that, everything and every other employee was superb.
I don't know who the manager of this store is but they should be fired. The people at the drive through are rude, it takes forever to get thru the line because they are so slow. No matter what time of day they are redicously slow. The food is cold because it took sp long for them to give it to you. I like Whataburger but this needs to change or I'm done
