Terrible, one staff just sat outside talking with their friends while other open the restaurant. No one in sight but we were asked to pull to the front from the drive thru and waited about 40mins while the recently arrived employee took our order and then did his duties of taking out the trash and probably set up shop.

Just the worst jack in the box I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot. We've tried it many times only to have issues everytime. As usual our order was beyond wrong, items forgotten. Sometimes you may even get an argument over the things they forgot. We won't be trying it anymore!! If you're googling trying to see if this is a decent jack in the box, I really recommend you just go the extra distance to Mont belvieu and spare yourself the experience you'll have here.

Its crazy, food is good. But you can't seem to get breakfast till after 630 am.happen everytime I go they said food is still heating or no answer as you wait just wondering what time should I stop for breakfast as they out side smoking it away or I don't think they serve breakfast they should have a brunch menu and lunch or just take breakfast off menu since no one can run the show

It was GOOD!! They just short staffed! Employees was getting frustrated because it was hot and not enough help!

Usually out of whatever I'd order, coffee, shakes etc. Tried going there today around 3 and sat in the drivethru for 5 minutes with nobody answering. Place is a joke and waste of time.

They are very slow with everything. We sat in line for 25 mins for 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and honestly a child of 5yo can do better. I wish i would have got a refund because im not even feeding my dog a odd colored egg.

Super slow drive thru service, not just once but every single time. You have to make sure to check your order because most of the time it us wrong.
