I can safely say I have finally found the Hawaiian food I was looking for since leaving SoCal years ago (where it is plentiful). This might be the best coconut shrimp and macaroni salad I have EVER HAD. Chicken katsu and spam musubi are also fantastic.Slight downsides: spam fried rice is just okay. Egg rolls are meh, not really even sure why that is a side option. And the rest of the non-fried chicken options are so-so - overcooked white meat = dry dinner. The shrimp was pretty good. Good sauces too. The chicken was so so. The macaroni salad was pretty good. They have a few small tables. Everything is cooked fresh, so expect a 15 or 20 minute wait if you dont fone ahead. It just seemed a little overpriced for gas station food.

They have moved and the people in the gas station won't tell you where they are! They say check the website, but the website says they're still in the gas station on 377!!!This is the only place we have found that has decent chicken katsu!Their musubi was a little skimpy on the spam. Best over-all Hawaiian-type food we have found in Texas, except the mac salad aways has "chips" of crunchy carrot instead of shredded!!!WHERE ARE YOU??????WE MISS YOU!!!
