The girl who took my order was not very friendly. It was confusing when I went inside because they have ipads set up and a place to order food at the front counter. Not sure where I was supposed to order. So I'm not sure if that was what made the girl upset. But the food was good. The girl who got my food ready was very friendly and nice.

I know this place is excellent, I was expecting them to serve soup in the morning too- I had to rush out of the drive through and go to Walmart to get cans of soup. What can I say, I eat what I want as breakfast.

Driving through and thought we’d stop for some Panera. Husband got “French onion soup” and a Greek salad. He didn’t realize til he’d taken a bite but his pepper was rotten inside. His onion soup was supposed to come without croutons but instead he got half a scoop of soup with about 20 croutons. Then the soup itself tasted like tomato soup. My stuff was fine, but no one enjoys their partner having nothing they truly enjoyed in their order. Not a stop we’ll be making again.

Panera Bread is my favorite place to eat currently. I was sad that they got rid of my favorite salad with strawberries. However, they still have good options. The food is delicious and it never hurts my stomach. I have IBS & GERD and so quality food is very important to me. The food leaves me feeling full, energized, and healthy every time. I love having the sips club membership; it’s great. The location is nice, with friendly staff. Very happy!

My partner has been a big fan of Panera for a long time. We have been to this location in the past and is has been OK.When you walk in m, you are greeted with self service monitors. There is a live employee at a register who appears they could take orders.My patterned orders a half soup, half salad. $15. I order a chicken salad. $15. Fountain drinks are $3 apiece. $40 dollars later, our order is complete.The staff is nice and friendly. I get our order and we sit down to eat. The ‘chicken’ was processed meat (lunch meat) cut into pieces. The soup was very salty and not good.Even if things are wrong with a restaurant, I will show forgiveness if they make it up in other ways. The corporate side of Panera has lost their way. Their food is not what is used to be and it is very expensive. We will not be returning and I advise everyone else to do the same.#panerabread

Got here after I dropped off my daughter to school two weeks ago and bought a dozen and a half bagels. I greeted an older lady who's on the counter, didn't respond so I just went ahead and gave her my order. She's a little grumpy but I kept my composure. I would say customer service at this location wasn't great and to make matter worse, some of the bagels were rubbery so I wonder if they're left over from the day before ?. May not come back to this location.
Food was very expensive. No service score because there was no interaction with a staff member. Kiosk self serve very impersonal. Not a great look.

Visitor 169.......Get ready this will be a doozy. First change the name from Panera to "We Don't Have", it's in everything you say to nearly every customer. We've eaten there allot in the last several months due to work being done on our kitchen. In the last 30 days you haven't had....1. Tomato 2. Spring lettuce 3. Bread4. Bread5. Bread6. Bread 7. Avocado8. Turkey chili9. Squash SoupYou get the idea, there's a Target behind you, a Walmart around the corner and an HEB 5 minutes away. Buy some supplies. Here's another thing, drive through and you have us park and wait 15 to 20 minutes every time.....every time! Call in and you still have to wait. $$$$$$ You are over priced, I mean three sandwiches, two salads and two soups $68 freaking dollars and no tomatoes and a 17 minute wait???? We paid full price no tomatoes, no red onions on the salad, and the wrong bread.
