This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We have always had problems with the waxahachie location but tonight was awful, we ordered a pizza online, went to the drive thru to pick up the order and they took FOREVER to come to the window, then repeatedly saying the order would be ready for 10 mins. 1 Hour passes by like this and I pull thru the drive thru again to just find all the workers outside smoking. I drove off, then tried to call to get my money back for the pizza I never got, but no one answered the phone. GO TO THE MIDLO LOCATION!!!

They were fantastic. I called and asked if they could change my pickup time to 30 minutes earlier and it wasn’t a problem.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!I ordered 4 chicken Alfredo dishes after work today and every last one of them was bone dry. It was pasta with a tiny bit of chicken and there was no Alfredo sauce not even at the bottom of the container. I don’t know if it is just this particular Pizza Hut in Waxahachie, but it is horrible. Then when you call on the phone no one answers to hear your complaint. I wasted almost $50 tonight.

Our location’s Pizza Hut was, once upon a time, subpar. But now? This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from! The food is always spectacular, delivery specialist always the absolute best, and the manager is amazing! To top it all off, they really do actually pay attention to your orders! Check out in the pic what was included for me after a particularly hard day. Thomas, Victoria, John, Dakota, and Blake: Y’all have made my night. Thank you for giving me a reason to smile tonight, and excellent job on the pizzas!

Went for lunch today with 2 friends and the young African American gentleman who served us was extremely kind and well mannered. He made our experience great and the food was awesome! Definitely recommend!

The staff is so very rude and unprofessional. I tried to call my order in on my way home, but had to stop by to place my order because they will not pick up the phone. As I tell the worker I would like to place an order, I'm was immediately informed it would be at least an hour. I respond with an okay, and placed an order for 3 pizzas. The lady then informs me it would now be at least an hour and 45 minutes. Never did I get a, “how can I help you?” Another worker walks up, and complains about the computer the employee chose to ring my order up on, right in front of me!! Never was I asked for my name, number, anything to reference my order to me. I can see why some reviews state orders were lost.

Honestly, I don't know how this location is still in business. After a bad experience with this location a few months ago, we decided to try again to see if it's improved. Definitely not. We ordered hand tossed pizzas and got crust the same texture as a piece of cardboard. It didn't taste fresh at all. What a complete waste of money.

No stars should be an option. “Rocky” claims he is the store manager, but he isn't. Good thing Bc he can't tell the difference between pan crust and hand-tossed. And his time management is waaayyyyy off Bc an order that the app said would be done in 20min and confirmed it at 8:45, was not given to my husband until 9:11. He was there waiting all of that time, with “Rocky” telling him it wasn't “quite ready yet.” Apparently, they never started the order! Absolutely no apology from Rocky, even after determining they got the order wrong! A great “store manager!” No wonder they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp and Google. Oh, and according to “Rocky,” he has no information on a district manager.
