I am so tired of this store. Every time I order wings to take out I’m shorted on wings or some food items. I will order corn it’ll be missing I will order wings and corn or wings and fries and the dip will be missing. I ordered ranch I pay for extra ranch and Skip the ranch. The Hawaiian doesn’t even taste like Hawaiian is extremely bitter.

This location needs to be shut down! The staff is children that don’t cook the food properly & in charge is an immature African American child acting woman. They are all unprofessional and don’t care one bit that they could possibly give food poisoning to someone! Uncooked chicken, really? Missing food items and lacking the capacity to follow basic simple instructions such as make food “wet”. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

I cannot believe this. I called 40 minutes before coming for my order and when I got here they said they didn’t have my order ready when they answered the phone? Make it makes sense. I’m so mad and furious because I waited so long and had to re order my food and still taking forever after they told me it would take a couple of minutes and I sit here for more then 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Do better wingstop

I went here for lunch yesterday sounded good at the time I ordered my food and took 45 minutes to get it and when I got my food chicken and fries tasted horrible I threw away most of it now I’m laying in bed with food poisoning because of eating here I’m the only one sick in my family and I’m the only one that ate wing stop yesterday the rest of our meals for the day we all ate the same thing this is ridiculous and now I’m missing work because of this place, absolutely ridiculous can’t even trust someone to make food these days shut this place down immediately
First and foremost, I Wingstop wings. I ordered delivery on Waxahachie Wingstops website which uses Doordash delivery. Placing the order went well, 30-45 min to receive. Unfortunately I received another customers order. I called the store, the manager said contact Doordash for them to resubmit my order. Doordash said after a long wait, this store does not do that. I then drive to the store with the bag in hand. Inside I see many staff standing around in the back, one nice young girl at the feont register and see the mngr. in the back amongst them. I said I just spoke with you and she had already forgotten. I said your stores deliveries through Doordash does not allow resubmitting for corrections and asked if my order was here. She took it from a shelf, handed to me....COLD. WHAT! Please remake this..Who hired this woman? She said it will be a 15-20 min wait, Note: I asked her why customers last names are not written on the sealed bag for drivers. She said, we don't do that, the drivers remember. Hmmm, what if there's more than one order? A few guests orders were incorrect while I waited. What is your policy on manager response to incorrect orders? Delivery notes? From the reviews, it seems like this store needs management retraining or new management. This store is in a great location and has potential if led better. I called Red Oak and Midlothian stores on my way home, each had different ways of noting customer names on the sealed bags with either the receipt or name.

I I usually don't write bad reviews, but this place has horrible management. There is a lack of leadership here and it is evident by the service. People work to hard for their money to spend it at place like this. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with being under staffed, under managed, and under paid. Whoever owns this place needs to be ashamed of themselves.

This Wingstop need to closed down!! We ordered our food online around 8:30pm we ordered our wings well down. My wife stopped to pickup our order on the way home and when she arrived home and opened the food and what we received is some very undercooked wings! This is ridiculous to serve people this for your hard earned money this what you get!!!!

Waited almost 40 minutes just to have my ordered wrong. Waited another 10 minutes to have my order fixed (now the foods cold). This place seems like there is no leadership. Trash and fries all over the floor in the lobby. If I could rate 0/5 I would. What a waste of $50.Never again!
