My family and I have had a great experience every visit to this Chipotle. The food is fresh and good. The drinks are good. The kids meals are a good value.

They messed up our entire order. Put white corn only on tacos instead of fajita veggies, no lettuce on a bowl, no red sauce on another, none of the sides we ordered came, just all wrong on an order for 3 people every persons was messed up.

If I could give this chipotle in weatherford 1 star I would!!! I ordered a burrito online and picked it up. The "chicken" in the burrito was not edible whatsoever. The "chicken" was very chewy and so bad I did not even eat the burrito and discarded it. This is extremely disappointing because chipotles prices are ridiculous especially for un edible food. I then tried to call the restaurant to let them know about my horrible experience and of course no one answered. Not only is the food bad, but the service is terrible.

Let me start off with I have been to many chipotles, I love chipotle personally. The one in weatherford is by far the worst one I have been to. I usually sympathize with food workers because I used to work retail and know how customers can be at times so I give many chances. One lady in particular that works the line is so rude, she doesn't ask you what you want or greet you she just stares at you with a idgaf look. She acts like you telling her what you want is just absolutely wearing her out. She also wants to get you out of the way so fast she slings all the food and sauces together. If I order chicken I don't want it to come with half vegetables unless I ask for it. I seem to get her every time and it ruins my experience. I have been dealing with it for 6 months and have probably been to this location 20+ times in that period. After tonight, I will be driving to the Hudson oaks location for as long as I live here and will never be back to this one.

Caleb did a wonderful job. I asked him to change gloves for me (Celiac) and he not only did that - but got clean serving spoons for the items I requested. He got a fresh tub of the cheese & the lettuce as well to ensure no cross-contamination. Chipotle’s is generally a safe place to eat but he took extra care! Thanks again Caleb for your outstanding service!!!

It was hard to get to restaurant using Google maps. The app led me to the back of the Chipotle so it was not easy to find. I had chicken tacos and the chicken was too salty so the seasoning was off. The place was fairly empty yet done of the tables needed to word down.Vegetarian options: Normal Chipotle veggie options: beans, rice, grilled vegetables, guac, corn, salsas, tortillas, lettuce, and sofritas.

Ordered delivery after driving for 10 hours to our hotel. We discovered we they delivered the completely wrong order. Had it refunded via Caviar, and we ordered directly from Chipotle. When we received the order, it was WRONG AGAIN.Furious, we got out of our PJ’s and drove down with the 2 bags of someone else’s food.The workers said they were “out of everything” so I ended up walking out with a pile of beans, rice and salsa.

a young lady on line and the young lady on cash were extremely rude. my quesadilla was not even close to be melted. my cheese was still cold and they couldn't have had a worse attitude. the rude looks was the cherry on top.
