My wife and I called in our meatloaf dinner order around 5pm and went to pick it up 20 min later and was told oh we ran out so you will have to come back in an hour but then changed her mind and said 35 min so we went shopping for awhile went back to pick it up and was told oh I made a mistake come back in 30 minutes. We finally got our meals around 7:05 and and it was still wrong so we had to wait for our peach cobbler. We won't be back again at least not to this Weatherford location.

Went in for lunch today and ordered a burger. The burger came out and was very undercooked. The server was extremely busy during the lunch hour so it took a bit for her to get back to us. She offered to have them cook it longer once we showed it to her but, only having an hour for lunch, I told her it was ok, I would just eat the sides that came with the burger. The manager came over promptly after to let me know she had removed the meal from our check and apologized. I told her no apology necessary, we love Cotton Patch and asked her to at least charge me for the sides I ate (best mac & cheese ever) she refused and said that they treat customers like a guest in their home kitchen. Our server was great and the manager oozed customer service! Thank you Cotton Patch for keeping customer service alive, we will be back!

Absolutely the best by far chicken fried chicken we have tasted. Perfectly cooked tender chicken and the batter was seasoned excellent. Gravy was bonus! The restaurant is the cleanest I have been in. Usually restaurants can have their smell .... but the smell was just fresh and clean. To.cook fried foods, you do not smell any grease smell or take it with you on your clothes when you leave. The cooks and wait staff were excellent with their service and kindly asked how our food tasted while keeping our tea glasses full?? Their is great team of very nice staff at this Weatherford Cotton Patch. Great job Sam to you and your friendly team that served us. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back for sure!
The wait was very long in between ordering and getting the food. The waitress was nice but that was the worst chicken fried steak I've ever had. The cook fried that thing for like half an hour or something. I've had captain crunch that cut the roof of my mouth less than that. It was like trying to chew rocks.

I love their chicken fried chicken steak. They need to put more gravy on, so always have to ask for extra. We have never eaten anything bad. Ther sirloin is good.
