Tried to eat in the dinning room and they had the doors locked at 12:45pm on a Wednesday. There was no sign saying the inside was closed and the rude worker was trying to ignore us but eventually just pointed to the drive through. If they don’t want to have business they should just shut it down permanently.

Chicken sandwich was good the bacon burger was good didn't care much for the curly fries.
Drive thru.. stale fries.. bun was stale on one side (wth?!.. lol).. and the meat patty was really salty.. two bites in, I was done.. ate a PBJ from home.. lesson learnedI only live 3 miles away....

Horrible customer service no manger on duty. Drive up guy didn't know what he was doing used foul language and ended up having too go inside too get my order. Never was greeted in a proper way nor was apologized for his rude behavior. Will not go back maybe they need too learn customer

Food quality has declined, and quantities have been getting smaller for some time. There are enough workers, but not enough of them are organized. They were warned repeatedly that the women's restroom is without soap, yet they continued to act as though replacing and cleaning the dining area would be an inconvenience.

Come on Jack I know you can do better. Visiting from out of town husband went to get breakfast for us. Husband gets back with food. Sit down to eat but couldn't even bite into croissant sandwiches because they were hard as rock. Whole bag of food went into the trash it was inedible. Maybe y'all should stick with tacos only. Do better.

Tonight at around 7:40pm I waited in line behind one other person for roughly 5 mins. When I came to the speaker no one answered. I sat for another several mins as this is fairly typical there but decided it was worth driving up to the window to order instead. To my bewilderment, NO ONE WAS THERE! I sat for a moment looking to see anyone behind the counter or the back and eventually drove around the front and alerted the growing line that no one was answering and seemingly no one was working. As I drove out a young lady in what could of been a uniform was sitting at the corner table on her phone. I don't know if she was a patron or a worker but I know at least 4 people didn't get served food tonight. This place is always slow but this was inexcusable. Close it down if you have little to no one available or willing to work.
