Horrible, unprofessional. I ordered via a kiosk, no receipt given. Didn’t show on board. Asked the cashier said he couldn’t find it. The charge was pending said but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. I had to re-order the entire meal. $32 later our missing order suddenly appeared on counter while we were eating the second order. Asked to speak to a manager and they couldn’t spare a minute to help. Go to Hudson oaks or Willow Park, it’s worth the extra drive. I will dispute charge with my card company.

The employees here are scarce. They don't address you and none of them could help me with the app. The food room 20 mins to come out - insane for McDonald's. The machine didn't give me a receipt. When I tried to get help I was treated like trash and walked away from by the employee. The lobby filled with 15+ people waiting for food. It's a mess here. By the time my order came it was missing the fries, napkins, and the sandwich was cold.

Is it possible to give one star for the price of tap water, and five stars for everything else. Overall stars are three. And due to the new owner of this McDonald's they no longer give refills. Even on water .. tap water,

I waited 20 minutes for a large fry and a medium drink. I went to the front and every time they saw me they walked away. At one point one of them smiled at me then left. When I finally got help they said "thought it was an online order" didn't apologize just handed me my cold frys and left. Thats what it's like every time I go here.

Ordered a big breakfast. The manager claims a hash brown doesn't come with the Big Breakfast. Then continued to argue when I showed her what the website says. The website says otherwise: "warm biscuit, fluffy scrambled eggs, savory McDonald's sausage and crispy golden Hash Browns" The manager doesn't even know what comes in what meal AND will start an argument with customers. Horrible experience, yet again at this McDonald's. Stear clear!

This McDonald’s is very dysfunctional. No order. The manager was NO help. I will say I’m giving 3 stars because of Billy and Ben who were an amazing help. They are what customer service is about. Great job guys. I felt bad for them because everybody was getting mad at them because the manager was no help.

Kids and grandkids were playing in the play area and got hit in the head by a bolt. My grandkids told me ALOT of bolts are missing.Plus beware the front walk way is tile and very slippery. It is raining and my 8 year old slipped and busted her arm.

Food was ok but they got our order wrong, by the time we looked at the food we were a couple miles down the road and didn't want to turn around . It's pretty sad that this day in age kids can't get a simple order correct because they would rather be on their damn phone than take care of the customer.

I was very disappointed on my recent visit to this location. Many of the franchises have changed from having soda fountains accessible to the customer, but never have I ever been told refills aren't allowed. Near the end of my meal, I needed a little bit more coke. I approached the friendly staff member behind the counter, who informed me, management will not allow refills. That should I want more to drink, I'd need to purchase a whole new drink. Having worked in the food service world, I was appalled at the fact, management would sacrifice customer satisfaction over the few cents it costs to refill my cup. I have never been to a McDonald's location that charged for a refill and was very disappointed in this visit.
