Tall, thin, young man needs to work on his rudeness and inability to be courteous to customers with a simple request.Went in for get a coffee. Was served it without a stopper. I asked if he had a stopper and he said yeah,they should be down there and pointed showing me where. Pretty much maybe 3/4 empty and looked like something black also in the little cubbie. I asked if he had one from the back there. He asked why, what is wrong with those. I told him I didn’t like how they looked and everyone touches them. As he went to get a stopper he smarted off yeah well everyone in the back has touched these too. I told him there is no need to be rude and it was way too early for that. He then smarted off yeah, well you have a good day. These were said with a sarcastic and flippant undertone by him. I again said it is way too early for this and walked out the door. This worker needs to go to a course for dealing with the diverse public in a courteous and kind manner. Either that or be fired. He certainly isn’t the Starbucks usual quality of employees.

I come to this Starbucks on a regular basis for my afternoon pick me up, the place is kept clean and tidy, the baristas seem happy to do their job the Manager (Zac I believe) does not seam like just a boss but a leader, they take pride in the work they do and I appreciate

I spent 4 bucks for a small may 10 ounce glass of tea lemonade. I took about two sips , I really don't see the draw of these places. But to each their own

I put in a mobile order on Christmas Eve. I went to pick it up, and received the food I ordered, but waited for my drink for 40 minutes. It was very busy, and employees were stressed. I waited patiently, but after so long I was wondering if they had forgot to make my drink, or just messed up the order. There were several drinks sitting there for people with the same name as mine, but the drinks didn’t match what I ordered. My husband asked the girl making the drinks if she could check to see if there was a mobile order with my name on it in their system. The girl said “I am sure it is”, very flippantly, and kept working. So we waited. No drink came, so my husband politely asked again if she could please check on the order. She completely ignored him this time, and kept working. We know she heard him, but chose not to even respond. A few minutes later my husband asked again. She said “I am not doing that, somebody else can do it, but I’m not.” My husband told her she didn’t have to be so rude, we just wanted to know if I was even going to get my drink, or were we just wasting our time standing there for close to an hour. She said very rudely that they were busy, and she would not check in my order. She said “ And before you ask for a manager, I AM the manager. I’ll give you a refund for your drink, but I WON’T check for it.” Which is a weird thing to say if you are busy, since it would probably take a lot longer to do a refund than to simply look and see if an order is in your system. Then she started mumbling things to other employees. I could not believe someone with that poor attitude towards paying customers is a MANAGER of a store. I understand when people are busy, but to treat customers the way she did is completely unacceptable. I visit this store on nearly a daily basis, and until now, have never had a bad experience with their customer service. In fact, there are several employees there that are truly exceptional. I will still visit this store because of them. I hope senior management does something about this, because this person is not suited for customer service if she can’t handle customer issues any better than this.

I usually love this starbucks and have no problem with the customer service, but I went through the drive through today and was gave the dirtiest look from the barista. Gave my drinks to me and didn’t say a word. Customer service was horrible.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for the service tonight. Sebastian was absolutely amazing! Earlier today I was delivered some of the worst news of my life and just wanted to go get something sweet with my oldest daughter to brighten my day. My daughter asked for a surprise drink and Sebastian said he had just the thing. He handed her probably one of the best drinks I have ever had and will probably be my go to for the winter. Sebastian was making me and my daughter laugh so much which was soooo needed. Starbucks thank you for hiring great staff but Seb specifically you are an amazing human being. Thank you.

I’m not a big Starbucks person, if i go to Starbucks it’s for tea’s or refresher drinks. I’ve been coming here for years not often but every time i come everyone is so friendly.

Last time I come here! You need to listen to peoples orderes!! Even after given exactly how you want the drink, they still get it wrong and still charge you for what you ordered but only give you the base drink! We pay extra to have it the way we like it and your not following thru. Get it together or get out. Maybe making drinks isn't for you. (Wife is NOT happy)

Stopped here before tackling the Fortworth/Dallas traffic after hours on I20 . . Cool AC air , greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walked in . . Made a quick choice and took advantage of clean restrooms . . Then relaxed with fast wifi for a spell . . and then back into the grind . .

i went inside this morning to get a water and a cake pop. it took 10 minutes for them the take my order, and another ten for my cake pop to come out. after around 20-30 minutes of standing around i ended up leaving because all they were doing was catering to the drive thru and ignoring the customers inside. granted i tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but i was very displeased with the visit and do not see myself going back, at least not inside.

Went through the drive through and the cashier/barista sounded like she wanted to end her life. I was being very perky and friendly and she gave absolutely nothing. Just going to be going to be making my drinks at home for now on.

I ordered a grande hot oat milk latte with sugar free vanilla. The order never came up on the screen at drive thru. I got to the window and they tried giving me a mocha latte with sugar free vanilla. I told her what I ordered again. She says ok we will fix it. She gives me my drink no ticket on the side and take a couple sips bc it was hot as I drove off. It had mocha in it. I take it back and they said oh yea that’s cocoa and we are out of oat milk. They gave me a refund. I can’t have sugar and they obviously don’t care what people order and just give them anything. People have allergies or medical reasons for ordering what they order. If you don’t have a product let the customer know don’t just try and substitute it or do whatever you want. I will stick to the Hudson Oaks location.
