The workers mainly seem to be high school kids just putting in hours.It's co-located in a kind of run-down gas station/convenience store.The place could use a good cleaning.The food varies depending on the "give a damn" of the person making your sandwich that particular day.Recently, I went in and got my sandwich put together by Maddy. I l like my sandwich prepared a particular way.When ever I asked for "extra X, Y or Z", Maddy would apply what I considered to be a very conservative amount, maybe less than what I would think to be a "normal" amount- as though each portion was coming out of her paycheck. As result, I didn't get the sandwich that I wanted. Was this Maddy's decision, or had she been instructed this way? I don't know, but ultimately, to me, it doesn't matter. The result was the same.I thought that was one of advertised benefits of subway, was that you get to stand there and get it made the way that you prefer.I've also witnessed a teenaged girl employee have a very loud (pretty much screaming) and un-guarded argument with her mother about her "freedom". As mom was walking out the door, the employee made sure to confirm that mom was still coming to give her a ride home at the end of her shift.I'll probably go back, but just a few more similar experiences will get me to change my mind, I'm sure.

Went in 7:30 on 7/10 in very good mood for sandwich. Girl with super heavy makeup with no name tag helped me. She had very rude, bad attitude for no apparent reason. I looked at Mandy like what's going on ? Hopefully her life will get better, but maybe for now she should get a job that doesn't have to deal with people. Mandy was very nice and seemed almost apologetic.

This used to be the best subway in Weatherford but the last two visits were awful. No ice tea, no jalapeño chips, staff disinterested in working - too busy on cell phone. The most recent visit they put a huge amount of black pepper on my husbands sandwich - with 2 other subways so close I won’t be back to this location. Buyer beware.

If this review were for Jay and Jay only, he would get 5 stars. Amazing service and attitude and my sandwich was amazing. His coworker is the reason I am giving this 3 stars instead of 5. I asked for a meatball sub and they had to warm some up because they were close to out on the line. No biggie. I had them go ahead and ring us up and take the next person while I waited. When the meatballs were done, instead of finishing my sandwich while Jay was helping the customer after me, his coworker took 2 other people while I stood there waiting for her. Jay saw I was getting annoyed and apologized for the wait. I feel kind of bad because I was annoyed at that point and Jay definitely didn't deserve it. Just FYI to the girl he was working with, if someone is there waiting with their sandwich halfway done, you don't keep skipping over them. It took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches because of her. Wish I had gotten her name. I'm not surprised though. Literally every time we go to Subway it is some crazy experience that takes way too long and I end up leaving not even hungry anymore.

The people working at this location are so nice and friendly. I have had multiple recommendations from them and they have all been very good.
Mostly good. Veggies need to be a bit fresher. The onions tasted like they had been cut for a while. Same for the tomatoes.

I walked in 5 kids and we were going to get sandwiches but we left because the worker there had a horrible attitude saying "I can't do this" and cursing under his breath and complaining the whole time we were there and then the phone rang and he just looked up saying "omg I can't do this"
