Went for lunch today and was shocked, SHOCKED. I didn't even have to chew. The brisket was so juicy and tender, it just melted in my mouth! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Pro tip: get the mac & cheese without seasoning for your kiddos, my picky 14 month old loved it! Only downside was that Antebellum Ale House doesn't have highchairs, bring your strollers and roll in for a great meal!

Every time we are in the area, we stop at Tailgaters BBQ. Dan and his crew does a wonderful job at making excellent BBQ. I feel like we have had every item that they sell and it has all been excellent. Brisket, pork, burnt ends, smoked Mac and Cheese.It is all excellent! We have been to many Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas and I think Tailgaters BBQ ranks up there with the best.Dietary restrictions: We have a dairy and egg allergy and Dan was able to tell us what was in every item and we were able to order accordinglyKid-friendliness: A great place for kids. Tailgaters is consistently the best BBQ in Parker County. The attention to detail shows in every bite. The BBQ is on point, and if I don’t get my weekly Tailgaters fix…my week goes in the dumps! Brisket is always tender and juicy, and can cut with a plastic fork. The nachos are always a favorite, brisket baked potato is tasty, that smoked brisket burger is yummy, and if you can get it, the pastrami is out of this world! Run next time you get a chance to get you some of this smoked goodness!
