The manager Mary was very rude, my little boy went to ask for another order of nuggets since one of his nuggets was uncooked n the stupid lady cooked the same nugget n gave it back to him, instead of her giving him a fresh order, then she came outside yelling at my husband, maybe this bk needs to train their employees including this so called MANAGERS how to properly cook nuggets smh

DO NOT get that new candied bacon burger. Just got one and it's a sorry burger, it practically had nothing in it. Very dry, just a tad of bacon and very very sorry...smh...Burger and fries were cold, Patty was like yesterday's Patty, very dry.

This is one of worse location I've had my orders messed up at different times in the morning lunch or afternoon plz check it first if doing a drive thur prefer they never pick up there phone so u can't even get it fixed worse when u call u get a automated voice recording that's say the phone can't accept
As I walked in, the gentleman at the register was very helpful, even gave me a coupon to use.. I got my order the burger was soggy and cold and the fries were cold as well.. I needed ketchup and the containers were empty, as you can see in my video, trash cans overfilled and dirty… The restroom was satisfactory as also you can see in my video.. I might go back, only if everything else is closedown…

Establishment very nice and clean, including their restrooms. Service by cashier taking order was friendly, efficient, and rapid. Burgers we ordered done to our specification and were juicy and right off the grill. Nice atmosphere not too many guests. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely visit in the future. 8 pm weekday dining area closed???? Ordering a meal took 15 minutes to get my order and no large crowd. When I did get my food, the meat was cold unbelievably .

Greeted with non existing customer service, ordered a bacon king and got a hamburger with just meat and pickles. Drove home 30 mins away only to find out my order was incorrect when i unwrapped the burger. Seems to be a ongoing issue with the staff here, wonder if the owner even cares. 0/10.

Worst customer service ever from an older female with blonde hair and glasses that works there. As I’m ordering she’s asking in the worst mood and to top it off gets the whole order wrong. I specifically asked for a number one combo with cheese and a jalapeño and to drink a Dr. Pepper. What do they give me? When I get to the window that same female tells me there’s no Dr. Pepper or coke so I end up having to ask for sprite. Then I’m starting to leave and notice I don’t have the jalapeño which they charged me for so I go back. Then when I get home and start to get everything out notice what seems like a kids meal a small burger with nothing but meat inside no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions no nothing. Burger King keeps getting worse and worse. There burgers are good when they get the orders right but with the people they keep hiring people will prefer to go somewhere else. Never going back again they should just close them all down.
