This could easily be the best pizza in Wichita Falls! The crust was perfect and the whole pizza was delicious. Greco salad was awesome as well. Service was quick, helpful, and friendly.

My husband and I come here quite often. We love the build your own pizza option. I think it's a perfect personal size; however, we have shared one pizza before and gotten full. Just depends if you want to have leftovers. I love thin crust pizza and their pizza crust is pretty thin, so that's a plus for me! The only thing I don't like is sometimes there is a black char residue on the underside of the crust. Obviously from the stone oven, but not enough to keep me from coming back. Overall, delicious pizza, I would highly recommend! As far the reviewers saying customer service is not great, we have never had a problem with the employees. Could they be a little friendlier? Sure, couldn't we all? Seeing as how there is a note at the front of the line saying they are short staff, these employees are most likely working really hard and tired. A little compassion goes a long way, cause I know overworked and understaff. I wouldn't be my best self either.

To be fair the food was alright but the customer service was too bad. I came with 5 different friends and they won't even happy because we told them to change gloves or use a clean knife for my diet restriction and allergies...

Firo Pizza gave me a pizza that had pork on it and they know I do not consume pork due to religious restrictions. After they gave me a pizza that had pork on it and I refused to eat it because I do not consume pork. They made me a new one and made me pay for it. They refused to refund me the original one that I had paid for that had pork on it. So I ended up paying for two pizzas, but only ate one
Similar to Blaze or Mod Pizza- you can customize your pizza and it's cooked in a stone oven. Lots of topping options. I haven't tried the salads or desserts but both looked good as well.

The food is amazing. I’ve been customers since they opened. But here lately the service it’s been really bad, the employees are really disrespectful and rude towards the customer.It is a really good place but they need to do something with their employees.

I came in around 8:30pm and the two girls working were just flat out rude and not friendly at ALL. This very sweet couple came in right after me and mentioned they have never been here before and they just didn’t care to explain how it kinda works like subway they were just standing there confused wondering why they weren’t getting a response. Just thought it was flat out rude behavior.

I came in, and I told them I was picking up. They told me to go to the geloto and wait. When I got over there, a girl asked what the name was, and told her and pointed at the pizza, mentioning that it was mine. Then, I walked away. The girl making it ignore me and put it in the warmer when I was standing there mentioning it was mine. Also, she didn't bother to ask what my name was or if I needed anything. After that, I saw a worker there, I knew we talked for a bit and eventually told her my pizza was in that warmer. Other than that, the pizza was delicious.
