Nice people, but they are admittedly the unwanted stepchild of the Kemp store. They never have Chai it seems, and they have strange hours that don't coincide with anything nearby, including some off the wall "lobby closed" hours.Good service, just consistently missing ingredients and odd hours. I hope ownership fixes this because Kemp st is awesome, and this place could be to if they at least fixed the ingredients issue.

I’m not from Wichita so trying to find a nice coffee shop next to the hospital so I can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with a nice ambiance well, sadly this was not the young lady who helped me was as dry as the desert in AZ. Very cold not people friendly at all, sorta stand offish. I wanted to sit on the couch and take my break there but no music playing, rude girl at the counter mmm not the environment I see fitting. But I have to add Jeremiah who made my coffee was friendly smiled and actually talked to me. He made a great Honey Lavender Coffee Too. But I won’t be back because the rude girl at the counter. Another medical traveler disappointed

The absolute lack of any trace smell of coffee and the overwhelming odor of pine-sol should have been a red flag. Also, they had no pastries at 10:30am but a spongey danish that they nuked to temperatures only experienced deep within the Earths core.

First a coffee house should smell like coffee not like gallons of pine-soil were spilled on the floor. Second, the poor kid working seemed like he didn't know how to use a microwave and nuked the gross danish I ordered to boiling lava hot levels.

This location specifically is absolutely tremendous. They not only always have incredible customer service, but hands down have the best baristas. The best part is it’s always consistent. We all have bad days and off shifts but they never let show or effect their work. I’m extremely appreciative of this staff and the hard work they put in. Best coffee anywhere. My family from around the state always requests we go here when they visit because “it’s just that good.” 11/10 for the baristas alone.

I have visited here twice now and enjoy the coffee and food. I have had the coconut mocha latte iced and the Texas chili latte iced. I enjoy my iced drinks with oat milk and I like that I wasn’t charged extra for that choice! I also had the Asiago breakfast sandwich last visit. It was on a soft bagel and had pretty good flavor. I would probably try something different next time. I stopped inside for some quick computer work and they have a good vibe inside with plenty of tables to work on and chairs to sit and talk. They also have a nice patio. When I am in Wichita Falls I will stop here for sure!

I waited at the door for the RESTERAUNT to open at 7am AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Although they never opened the front door nor ever acknowledged me or to INFORM your CUSTOMER that the SEATING area was unavailable. Instead. They are lazy and rely upon a paper note on the door which labels the RESTERAUNT as a LOBBY and states the LOBBY is not open. If you expect NEW and reoccurring buisness. Don't treat everyone as the trash that roams your neighborhood start acting as a community ambassador.
