I hate that this place is closing. We have only been there a couple of times but the food and service are excellent. I know Wichita Falls has a limit to how many high end places they can support but it is a shame that this one is leaving. It was cool to be in the same building where the Zales corporation got its start nationwide.

My Family and I went to have brunch and the food didn’t come out great. I don’t know if the cook was having a bad day but just about all of our food came out stale. It was 10 of us so what are the odds. When it came out it looked great but I tried to cut into the biscuit and it was hard as a rock. Got it sent back in only for them to warm it up and throw extra gravy on it like I wouldn’t see where I cut into the biscuit. SMH… very disappointed but Harley our server was amazing! She tried to help with what we had to work with. When ppl are coming from out of town and get this kind of service it’s disheartening.Parking: Very good parking.

Sat at the bar and Benjamin was really nice. The restaurant itself has a bit of an echo to it but the decor is cute. Had chicken and waffles, delicious. The chicken was tender, waffle and pepper gravy had great flavor. Staff seemed a little disorganized but overall a good experience. I would definitely go again.

Very nice place. Food decent, service ok. Shrimp and grits....meh..shrimp was good but grits were not so good. Basalmic glazed Brusselsprouts were fantastic. Very clean place, beautiful atmosphere. Was ok, but prob wouldn't come back.

I would have never chosen to go here but it is a good place for a small wedding reception or some small event such as that. I was there for a wedding reception and enjoyed the people I shared a table with and the venue was pretty nice. The waiter did give me a fork after he had touched the prongs, but other than that a very good environment. If you are having a special event it may be a good choice.

Service was a bit slow. Tap water had a strong alkaline taste to it, which locals probably don’t notice. We ordered chicken and waffles with Nashville hot sauce. The sauce was awesomely hot, but did not enjoy the rest of the dish, as everything was simply too greasy. My partner ordered the ‘Karat classic combo’, it was ok, with the exception of a biscuit. It was just dry compressed dough, wasn’t really edible.

my TEA was the best part of my meal. i ordered waffles with bacon and eggs and everything was cold. my waffles were SO dry, my bacon was burnt to crisp and my eggs were cold. my boyfriend couldn’t even eat his biscuit because it just crumbled. it was so dry and almost stale. i’ve been here for dinner and it’s not great either. do not recommend this place at all. service was the only good thing here
It is a really nice location and interior, but their service ruins the experience. Slow, food partially overcooked and undercooked, no water or tea refills. Topping that subpar experience with the server not letting customers know that there was already a group gratuity applied to each individual bill. Overall, disappointing and therefore I cannot recommend.

I just went to have dessert with some friends and I got the red velvet cupcake. Definitely delicious! My mom got the strawberry cake and it was so huge and delicious as well. 10/10 recommend.

Our entire party of 6 ordered steaks on the date night special. All steaks were thin, and over cooked. Everyone received either medium well or well done even though we ordered rare-medium. Service was slow and tables were walking out.

Always love walking in this place. The vibe and the entire atmosphere. It's almost like being transported to a different place. Food is always on point, and let's get straight to the point. The baker items are what I am here for. Cupcakes, cakes, macaroons, whatever the baker makes.... get some. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Do not tarry. Go here!!!!
