Southern cooking at it's worst today! Delivered cold,but the main point here?The chicken fried chicken was dry and hard to chew, ruined the whole meal delivery! Also didn't receive my extra item I clearly asked for!!! Unbelievable then they want a $9.00 TIP,ON $31 dollars spent. Don't apologize to me cotton patch FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE FOOD AND ME!!!!!!THANK YOU W.B.

I had been eating out all last weekend and the food wasn't good not until I came into this establishment and was lookin for good food. The Cotton Patch didn't disappoint everything was good the portions where nice size and the food was very good. The atmosphere was relaxed clean tables and floors , so I give it 2 thumbs up!!!!

Bella and Michael are so awesome. Food is always so good. All the staff is friendly. Boz is very attentive to his customers, goes table to table, and greeting everybody. Not every manager does that, and we appreciate him and his awesome staff!

Had a to-go order, Have been to this location several times and its not close by. I will check my orders before leaving next time. The food is always good but they're very stingy with the rolls as in you get one roll unless you complain I guess. The rolls are important guys - don't mess it up!

I had the Jr. Chicken ? Fried Steak. My food arrived fresh and hot. Everything tasted good. The Jr. size is a very reasonable portion. My server was very good at her job. She made sure she understood my order.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair ♿️ accessible. There is handicapped parking right outside the door.

Waitress was weird... but she got orders for 10 people right! Plates were brought quickly and were loaded with tasty food. My friend is still raving about the grilled flounder on rice! A definite addition to our places to eat list. You might want to check the menu before going though, if you have dietary restrictions. One of our party has to be really picky and she didn't find much to eat.

I always have a great expereince. I normally ask for Jeramey's section if he is working that day and he always takes care of us. Couldn't recommend Cotton Patch enough. Such a great place.

Ordered via the CottonPatch app. Our food was never picked up by YOUR delivery service, therefore, we never received our food. I called the restaurant to inquire about our order, and the hostess who answered was extremely unhelpful and rude. She stated that she has no control over who our delivery driver was. The correct way to handle this would have been to get her manager, but instead, she wanted to say that I was being rude to her. Excuse me? I also work in customer service, specifically a BUSY Urgent Care center, where I take care of sick people all day. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak to her manager. The hostess then went to say “This is why people don’t want to work customer service.” She never gave me her name, and put me on hold. The manager never came on the call. I had to CALL BACK, and ask for the manager, who said his name was Boz. Boz had no idea who you guys use for delivery. No one knew how to contact the driver, and I was never offered any type of comp for the inconvenience, frustration, and for never receiving our food. I then get a text that our order was CANCELLED, when we did not cancel our order! I finally just asked Boz to refund me. We usually order from this location all the time, however, this will be the LAST time we order from you. I am now waiting for a refund from my order, which will no doubt take 5 business days. There has to be some retraining on your part, Cotton Patch! Worst experience ever.
