If you are going to have your customers operate the kiosk to order food. You definitely should place the order for them the first time. Ordered sweet potatoes with a meal to go as well as other meals. When I got home the cinnamon super was not in with sweet potato. When I called the store, said I had to ask for it. Did not see it when ordered from kiosk. Only thing she said was I guess we should have asked you. Wow what great training as far as your customer service goes.

I had some cravings for their enchiladas today. I had not visited a Cowboy Chicken in a couple of years. It used to be a friendly place (at least the one in North Dallas @ Preston Rd.). So Wylie was closer today.There were two clients at the front struggling with their new ordering screens. I approached the cashier who was doing absolutely nothing but watching people struggling. When I tried to order from her she refused and said I had to wait my turn at the screens. So I waited, and waited... and waited. The same two clients still clearly struggling with their ordering system. After all that wait the SAME cashier who told me I had to wait my turn, now was inviting me to place my order with her. So.I said, "So you could had taken my order before?" Then another employee quickly responded "she can help you when the wait is too long"... such a pro-active attitude!! It took the cashier less than 2 minutes to take my order, and she didn't even ask me if I wanted a drink.The food was cold, the tortillas were dry and falling apart. The rice and beans were ok.Definitively NOT the experience I got when eating at their North Dallas location, no wonder this place wasn't busy during lunch time.

Food was good, nice moist chicken...however now you have to use some kiosk to order vs. Talking to a real person. What's worse, is that after you do all that work flipping through options while others are waiting their turn and wondering what's taking so long...it asks you to include a tip for the service. Wth!

If I could give it zero I would! Wait times incredibly long. I ate here last week wings and tenets dry and brittle chicken but thought I would give them another chance .. nope maybe to go orders but fries just fires took like 30 minutes .. won’t be coming back other chicken places in town plus the cashier was handling food money and helping customers with machines never changed her gloves then I asked about my fries .. eyeroll by manager oh in getting them.. nope nope nope.. btw might want to clean your establishment.. it was dirty

Staff was very friendly when coming here for lunch today. We sat by the roasting chicken oven to keep warm. Haha! We had Nashville hot wings and bleu cheese for an appetizer. For main we both had rotisserie chicken with sweet potatoes, ranchero beans and cream spinach. Everything was exceptional!

The rotisserie chicken is phenomenal. My favorite part is the skin, so seasoned and tasty. The chicken itself is juicy and good. I’m giving 4 stars for the sides. I get the mac & cheese and the twice baked potaters. Mac is velveeta cheese like, not a very big fan. Mashed potatoes are good but lack flavor/season to me. Overall i’d have to say the sides are bland. The chicken is what keeps my business
