Been here a few times and they somehow always get something incorrect on my order. Today I finally decided to write a review on their bad service. I went thru drive thru and ordered combo# 4 with fries as a side. I confirmed with the lady at the window if she put in the fries. She gave me a confused face and said " No, Okra". I replied, I ordered fries. The 2nd lady said "she said fried okra" and told me I would have to get back in line to order fries. I said no, I know what I said. I said Fries. And asked her, to just give me my food. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait. The first lady then went to the back and put in a bag of a side in my order and handed me the bag. I get home turns out, it was a bag of okra she put in my order. So, actually they never placed a side in my order until the entire ordeal with the fries happened. TBH the okra is not even great, I like okra so I figured I'll eat that, well NO I didn't like it. $15.00 for a mediocre brisket sandwich and a drink.

Driving back to Houston on a chilly day with most shops closed due to the weather, we were definitely praying for a place to be open to get some food.Found this place thanks to Google search, and it didn't disappoint. The order was messed up initially, but the lady was apologetic that I forgot I was in the USA. You would find selfless service like this in the UK or or other service oriented countries. The food was tasty and deliciousThe environment was clean and the rest room too. Clear signs for entry and exit.. no confusion at all.Price was reasonable.Location is just perfect as they are just by the road.I would recommend them.

Good solid BBQ. Prices are getting up there, expect to pay $20 for a sandwich and sides. But they have a wide variety of sides and desserts buffet style.

I went Sunday night and no one was there eating inside. The meat cutter (Rude Mexican Man) had a bad attitude. Did not say hi just said what do you want. I said excise me. I told him to chop me up some BBQ plates four plates and seemed mad about doing that. Soon as he got finished with the plates I said no thanks you need to get another job and get the Hell out of here. Because you and running people off. I hope the owners see this and fire him and find someone that needs a job and is nice to people. I will not return to the place every again. It's a shame.

I visited inside the restaurant today to pick up a door dash order and while I was waiting, the new GM asked me to try a new addition to their menu - the Texas Twinkie. First, I was surprised they’d offer me anything since I wasn’t a paying customer but also - free food! The creation is what most of us know as a jalapeño popper but this one is different. In addition to being a jalapeño wrapped with bacon and stuffed with cream cheese, it also has yummy brisket inside. What makes it even more special is that it wasn’t spicy! This is important for people with sensitivity to spicy foods. When I commented on it being delicious and not spicy, the GM said he washes the jalapeños in warm water. This helps extract the spice. To me, a hand washed dish shows they care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

Was cautious because of bad reviews but this our experience was tiptop. Better than decent bbq for a franchise. WAY better than dickeys. Restaurant was clean. Staff was super friendly & eager to serve.
