A lousy establishment, waited in the drive thru for nearly 5 minutes no other cars in front me before someone who didn't understand english to ask for my order, when I pulled around to tge window the lady still didn't have the order correct and still couldn't understand me, this is the 2nd time that's happened, I just drove off leaving the order behind, I WILL NOT return to the Wylie TX location EVER again.

Every time I eat there, good is fresh. People, if you see that they're short staffed (like many fast food places) don't expect to get your food fast, especially during rush hours or after a local football game. If you are not willing to wait more than 15 minutes for your big order or someone else who order $50 worth of food, then just go home and cook your own meal. Quit complaining!

The girl on the front end was rude she didn't speak at all and then we got water cups the water had what looked like dried coffee groundsbut I think it needed to be cleaned and every table was dirty I went to the restroom got a paper towel to clean the table where we was going to eat then the chicken sandwices we ordered was hard very hard ! So I think we will go to Murphy Jack in the box next time !!

They say it is opened 24hrs, not true. The lights are on and when you go thru the drive thru they always say the computer is rebooting. Now with that being said, i usually get there around 4 am because i work early hours but if you are open 24 hours atleast be honest about it.
