I keep going to this location because I want Jimmy Johns and this is the closest location to me. Yet every time the customer service and food are terrible. The employees are not friendly and make an absolute mess of your food. Ive gotten several sandwiches here that are inedible. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Almost every time I order from here my food smells like cigarettes. I understand there may be delivery people that smoke, but is there not some way my food can’t smell like cigarettes? After a few times of this happening, I’ve finally just stopped ordering from here altogether.

I worked here in 2017 and to this day me and 2 other employees who quit bc the owner was the worst never gave us our money. They treat their employees terrible and it’s a revolving door of people. They will make a a 2 week old employees general manager it’s so terrible at this location and the owner is disgusting and rude. He thought I would forget but nope.

This location was the very first Jimmy John’s I ever went to and I continue to go there till this day. Just today there was an issue with my delivery order and they were absolutely understanding about it and took care of it. I love it here and I definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Great Job to the team! Yall are the best!

Just ordered delivery from here. My kids were napping so I paid the extra $6-$7 because I couldn't leave the house. $15 sandwich and the meat was old and dry, the tomatoes were white in the middle so they are almost hard. After pulling most the meat and tomatoes out I still ended up with the worst stomach ache an hour later so something tells me the meat shouldn't of been consumed

I placed a large order for our office. Unfortunately I was late and was forced into a time spot. I was also shocked that they didn’t deliver. There appeared to be only one staff member. When I walked in, she was assisting someone at a screen placing their order. She didn’t even greet me. After she was done she acknowledged me and I pointed to my order on the counter and she stated she hadn’t printed a ticket out for it but that everything was there. She asked me if I needed help but I declined. Another unfortunate thing is it states to park in the designed spots in the email since I have requested a carry out. There where none even marked so I had to park away from the building. A bad design for the parking lot and the plaza. Where they freakishly fast….not really. Probably due to understaffed store it made it difficult for them to fill the order sooner.The food was fine and prepared correctly.Parking: Parking is limited and not available as stated on the email confirmation on my order.

I've ordered from this location dozens of times in the last year and I don't know why I never learn my lesson. Delivery always takes 45 minutes - 2 hours. Every time I call to ask where the delivery is, they tell me they're short staffed and only have one driver. Tonight was the final straw. The app said my order was delivered but it wasn't at my door when I checked. I called the store and he told me that the app probably "timed out" and said it was delivered, but the order was still on the way. (This was 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order). After another 20 minutes with no order and no call back, I called the store again and told him to cancel my order. He said the delivery driver said the order was delivered. Implying that I was lying??? I told him to cancel the order and he did. He called me back 5 minutes later to say he had "questioned the driver more and she said that she dropped it off at the house across the street." So not only did I wait 2 hours for any sort of resolution, my food had been sitting outside for 40 minutes AND it was at the wrong address. Still no apology from the store. Please do yourself a favor and order literally ANYWHERE but here. @ franchise owner and store manager: let me know if you want a refresher on customer service 101.

Went in for 2 sandwiches to go. Employee working wasn't the brightest. Screwed up both sandwiches. Flies all around the food. When I pointed it out they did nothing about it. They use to be good. Not sure what happened. Will not go back. As you can see by most of their reviews that the place is not a good place to get sandwiches.

This is not a good location. Every single time we order from here, whether that's going into the store ourselves or delivery, something is wrong. The order is wrong or poor quality ingredients are used. Multiple times we have gotten the ends of tomato and old brown pieces of lettuce and missing ingredients entirely. I have no idea why this location struggles so much, but it is unfortunately the only location close to our home for delivery. I hope this location improves their quality and attention to detail soon, because we won't be ordering from here again until that happens.

Subs so fast you can take a 2 hour nap. Ridiculous. I worked for them while in college and unfortunately I will never order again. This franchise owner needs a wake-up call to customer service instead of sitting around accepting mediocre customer service. You just lost a loyal customer and advocate.
