So I’m pretty tired of the local Pizza Hut service, and I recently switched to Mario’s, their food and service is far betterI’m on vacation so I don’t really care, but the manager from the store just called me 15 minutes before the pizza was supposed to be here and telling me what’s going on and letting me know that he might be about 10 or 15 minutes late, I was like your guess that’s more than your competitors do stick with Mario ‘s

Where do I start, went in to pick up a mobile order. The guy was alone and and frustrated and I get it but he messed up the order and had to redo a portion, which was ok, but then he starts going off the rails. Starts complaining that he had two people call in and has not had a break and that he just wished people would stop ordering pizza, all while cussing and not paying attention to what he was doing. Would you want someone like that preparing food for your family, absolutely not. Luckily I had not paid and just walked right out. Whoever runs this place needs to do better.

My delivery orders are almost never correct, typically management will fix the mistake (considering that is what you would do if I was picking up) but tonight, they refused. I went here to eat with my girlfriend because we were hungry. the young lady who served us was literally a praying mantis. I am not joking. at first, she was very kind but I brought up politics and she went ballistic on us. Never coming back to this location again.

Good & fresh food, friendly service, small space with a couple booths for dine inn. For the most part this is a food pickup or delivery shop so the atmosphere focus would be a high volume of activity in the kitchen area as orders are being prepared for pickup or delivery orders going out. It is not so much a place to meet new people or interact socially.

We loved going to this Marco's. The food has never disappointed us. I'm only writing this because of the poor experience with the manager, Kevin. My food this time was less than ideal, did not taste correct and seemed overcooked. The feedback links on the website do not work so I called the store and spoke with Kevin. Positive thoughts that he did refund me, after some discussion. Negative thoughts he didn't have a good attitude on the phone, told me everything was cooked and made properly (which might be the case, but it still tasted bad), told me customer feedback online wasn't really a priority when I asked he escalate the issue of the link being broken. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I might consider the Murphy location instead for my next order. Customer service is important and taking feedback from a customer needs to be done with grace and not attitude.The owner replied to send feedback via FB or Twitter since the website doesn't work. They don't check their socials either, I've received no response from this company.

Marcos on Hwy 78 just not our cup of tea. Ordered with extra tomatoes and it was like they were added after the pizza was done. Very soggy and cold.
