This poor woman was left all by herself working on PIE DAY!!! I don't know what happened to leave her all by herself but she took every order with a smile and working her tail off. Once I get a name I will update this review because she deserves recognition!!!
Simple place. Fine pies. Taste is good, cooked just right every time I go. And they are always so sweet and pleasant when I go there. They always have good deals so give em a shot if you like to support local owned businesses. It's a franchise, so some mega corporation isn't getting all the money.

I got the ultimate cheese pizza. Looked nothing like the advertisement. Not enough sauce. Not worth $26. For a medium. Need to work on the crust and add a little more sauce.

Saw this place was by the gas station pizza place so we tried it absolutely fell in love with it it is really good pizza as a really great taste I recommend you try the Jim stix

Texas ice day(night) - ordered pickup from their website and got a confirmation for pickup in 30 mins. Only problem, the stored was not open that evening :(

We love the Mr. Jim’s in Carrollton. They always hit the spot. This location, however, delivered undercooked pizza the first time, and burnt pizza the second time. Both times they left off the butter crust. Just disappointing.
If I could give negative stars I would. Paid approximately $25 for a large Nacho Styx pizza at the Wylie location. Half of the pizza had no chicken on it and the other half had one piece the size of a quarter. Never again!Ms. Green reached out to me and sincerely apologized for my order being so poorly prepared. She assured me this order did not meet their standards and was a one time incident. I'll order again. Their pizzas are excellent and I do appreciate Ms. Green's efforts and commitment.

We ordered a lot of times and very happy about the orders. Recently our pizza had very little amount of toppings, some was as far as 2 inches from the edge. New cook?

Mr Jim's used to be my favorite but now everytime I order from here there's a problem. Wrong pizzas, an insanely excessive amount of cheese once, never properly cut. They have actual children working here also? One time I opened the door to see a kid probably 12 years old maybe. Today I ordered from Uber and got the wrong pizza so I called the Uber deliver driver and he told me that there were just kids inside and one was on the phone with who he presumed to be his mom asking how to make lasagna. Ordering here has become a gamble unfortunately. I like mr Jim's but this specific store is run poorly.
