Pizza was completely under cooked and raw. Mostly dough. Additionally, papa John’s won’t refund as Uber Eats delivered. Uber eats won’t refund because it was a food quality issue. Lost $70 on pizza that had to be thrown away. Just don’t expect a refund or even a remake to fix it!

Ordered pizzas for my kids’ birthday party early today. Set the delivery time for 7 pm. Pizzas arrived at 7:45, lukewarm at best. The pizza was tough and one was burned to a crisp. The parmesan chicken bites were charred as well. Tried to call the store and got no answer.We won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again. There’s a reason this store has 3.2 stars on Google.

Ordered delivery. Received text that order was on the way but took 30 min. One pizza was old, and the other pizza was not cooked long enough.(DOUGHY) Both were not hot! VERY DISAPOINTING!

I went to pick up my pizza and the guy making pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves then he went knuckle deep in his nose and continued to make pizzas. Disgusting. Thankfully i was paying cash so i called the store and cancelled.

I pickup order 1-2 times a week for my extremely picky eater.The food has been consistent. The staff here is extremely friendly and always make extra effort to provide perfect service specially Robby and Xavier.
