Do not ever order delivery, I understand it can get busy but waiting over an hour and 30 min it's ridiculous, the tracker said 25-35 min delivery, it's way past that .

Horrible, unacceptable!!! I placed an order for delivery 4 hours in advance last Sunday 9/24. I was contacted via txt an hour and a half after I requested my food to be delivered. I called the establishment 15 times and never got someone to answer the phone. Finally decided to go to the place and to my surprise, there were 10 other people waiting for orders they had placed, it took over 35 minutes to talk to someone and credit my card back. Pizza hut has lost my business forever. Worst customer service ever!!

Waited over an hour in their lobby yesterday and ended up just leaving. There were 12 people at one point waiting to be helped, and employees were yelling and arguing with each other and straight up ignoring the customers.
check your pizza before leaving sometime they overcook and topings are not even or less. But otherwise great service and clean and nice place I highly recommend.
