This location has the nicest staff! They are always friendly and personable. Tonight, my drive-thru server was a young man in high school who was very kind. He asked about my day and seemed to enjoy his job. Keep up the good work! It's refreshing to see friendly staff.

I recently tried the sandwich and soup combo at Schlotzsky's, and the taste was fantastic. The turkey sandwich had the perfect balance of ingredients, and the soup was both filling and flavorful. However, the downside was the extended wait time for my order. Despite being the first customer in line at the restaurant, it took over 25 minutes to receive my premade soup and sandwich. Despite the wait, the delicious flavors make it worth considering for those with a bit more time to spare.

I am so disappointed in the decrease in food quality over the past 6 months. I paid $10 for a $3 sandwich. I will not be back for a long time.
Terrible location. I love Schlotzskys but this location sucks. Rude employees and the quality it lacking to say the least. They also substituted off brand chips, I paid a premium a for Schlotzskys chips and you gave be a terrible substitute. Never going back to this location and you should stay away too.

We ordered and waited almost 20 minutes as the worker who took our order went to clean the restrooms and another worker sat at a table eating. The worst part...The thing that makes Schlotzky's special is the bun. The buns on our sandwiches were barely toasted on the edges. The whole experience was bad.
