Went with my wife and ordered two sandwiches and we requested a cup of water. Once we payed and looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for a bottled water for 2.99. I mentioned the mistake to the worker and she said she didn’t know how to do refunds and that it was only 3 dollars and I had to deal with it. I pushed back saying no, it’s 3$ I didn’t want to pay. She said there was nothing she could do. Very upset that a worker in customer service didn’t know how to do a simple POS transaction reversal. She blamed my wife for not confirming the order which is NOT the customers job. Very unprofessional and disappointed in this subway, we will not be returning to this location.

We recently had a great experience getting sandwiches from this Subway. The staff were friendly, efficient, professional. The sandwiches were great. If ever in the area again, we would definitely consider visiting this Subway again.

The staff was arguing when I walked in and left, but very nice to me. I normally get a cheaper sub, but decided to try the series which is supposed to have double meat and cheese which clearly did not happen. My sandwich had less meat than a normal sub.

This is the second time that subway has done this they send us coupons but then do not accept the coupons for whatever reasons.

I ordered tuna sandwich and charged me other item, and I asked about the charges, the cashier is so confusing me and refuse to give the food . Even they are not listening. If you go the shop very careful. Even she is not given bill. No manager.they charge me $13.80 and they are not ready to give my food. I lost my hour in the shop. Very rude lady’s working there. I called my bank and confirmed they charged me.

Hispanic lady there was so rude and impatient. Made the three sandwiches all wrong. Doesn’t speak English very well. I still tried to be nice and she was so rude. She wouldn’t provide bosses name. Didn’t refund sandwich’s after I brought them back. She’s a very miserable person I hope she finds Jesus. Or finds another job whichever comes first. She needs to get fired right away before this subway gets a bad rep. I will be escalating this to cooperate and I expect to hear from them. Don’t go hear while she is here. On subway website they say call the store if you are dissatisfied and she did nothing about the situation except called me a liar. Lady you need help.

Staff wasn't very friendly and my steak sandwich just wasn't as good as usual. I was really disappointed. Then I checked the card I paid with and they somehow went back and charged my card a tip even after I put in no tip. I didn't feel the service was good enough and the prices have gone up so much I didn't feel I need to provide an extra tip.It should be illegal for them to be able to go back on your card and charge a tip when you already entered you didn't want to provide a tip. Hopefully it is.
