Sandwich was salty. Drink machine has been out of order for at least the last year???? Said they are waiting for repairman???? Only offer canned drinks with no free refills. Tea is not fresh. Employees stay in back of store and you litterly have to holler at them for ice refills, or anything else you need. Will not return to this location.

I came into this location on 12/3/21at 1:00 pm to pick up a doordash order. The lady working told me it just came in. Okay, fine. I sit down to wait then I get up to go to the bathroom. When I come out she is talking to some customers that came in. Then she starts having a personal conversation to those customers. I shouldn't know all about her home life and about her husband. I was in there for 10 minutes before I let her know how rude she was for ignoring me and my customers order. This needs to be addressed. I usually have no problem waiting but it was not busy and she was just talking and not doing her job.

The female employee was cold… and a very slow worker. She was on the phone the entire time- taking my order and making the sandwiches. The sandwiches were dry and awful. Even my dog wouldn’t eat it.

My daughter and I had lunch at your store today. After waiting a couple of minutes a female employee came out from the back and a young man followed her. The woman came to the register and was rude and cold. The sandwiches were dry and salty. One other person ordered carry out. After we got our food both employees returned to the back of the house, no one minding the front.To say the least, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. We will not return.

Horrible service lady who sounded grumpy came out and told me they didn’t receive the order and just walked off avoid this store at all cost and just make yourself a sandwich at home.
I am a doordasher, I went in to get the order and I had to wait 10 minutes because the employee was on a smoke break. I know she saw me at least twice and continued with her break. She finally came in and I explained I have a doordash order. She then preceded to yell at me saying she doesn't get the orders and I will not be receiving the order. She was incredibly rude and did not wash her hands after her smoke break. She looked dirty and I would not want any food from this place.

My experience with this location was sad. I had high expectations but super let down. The sandwiches were not as good as other places. The ranch that came with the fries seemed to have gone bad and fries were not as good. Last but not least we got drinks and there was no ice it would have been nice to be told oh there’s no ice. The lady said it wasn’t working. After we purchased the drinks. This store is a catfish looks pretty and nice.m but, inside it’s not.
This place should close!!!!! We go in and order 3 lettuce wraps, while preparing our wraps, another family walks in, the lady STOPS making our wraps and makes their sandwiches - strike one! While maki g THEIR sandwich a child of another employee comes in, so she stops again to give the child some colors with the same gloves she preparing food. All the while she is touching her mask with the same gloves. My wife has enough and tells her she needs to at the very least change gloves, of course while she doing this she is still touching her mask then the food - strike two!! So now we are discussing this saying how totally unsatisfied we were with the experience, but decided to move on - mistake! Get home to the WORST wrapped lettuce wraps ever made, I do mean awful. To add insult to injury there was a damn BUG in the mf lettuce, a BUG!! I was going to let it all slide but that was the last straw. I had stopped going here a while back due to poor customer service. But trust me I won't be back and I will tell others to not take the gamble.

Google says that they're open until 8pm! I tried to get food at 7:45 and the doors where already locked. The employee where just standing around inside and dismissively waved at me. Tried to call the store, but it went straight to voice mail. Get better service please!

If I were giving a review as a former employee it would be 1 star, however with that being said I have always enjoyed the food here. Even after having it for weeks straight everyday at lunch I always seriously loved the food. The best meat in my opinion is the pork from the Bahn Mi as it is marinated in soy and has flavour; there are some pretty flavourless options but if you know what to get it's great. The prices however are not so great, they are exorbitant compared to most other sandwich shops. To sum it up, if you can get an employee discount then this is an amazing place, otherwise it's just meh.
