We had a great experience having lunch here on the was to Dinosaur National Monument. The food overall was great. The carne Asada had the best mix of spices on it, and the birria tacos with the comsume was so delicious. And honestly, the chips and salsa were the best and I could just eat those for my meal! Only complaint with the food was the fries could've been a little crisper in the loaded fries. We got the 4 leches cake and the flan. Both good, though the flan maybe could've been a little smoother in texture. The service was awesome. Very attentive and kind to our larger group.

I took a drive that had me go through Duchesne today. I haven’t been through in a while but saw this place on Google maps and it looked too good to pass up.
Great place with incredible staff! Everyone was friendly and quick to get me seated. The chips and salsa were good, and I ordered a Chicken sope and an al pastor taco. Awesome!
Very authentic and tasty! I was actually watching the cooking going on in the kitchen. It tasted even better than it looks, and showed the commitment of the owner to provide great food!
I live an hour away, but can’t wait to plan my next trip just to eat here again!

So good! I hope the good people of Duchense know what an incredible Tex-Mex option they have in town. My wife got the steak burrito and that beef is marinated absolutely deliciously. I got the pork tamales, and they were nothing short of amazing. I grew up in Houston and those tamales compete with the best I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and the prices are good too. I kinda feel like this place should be packed from 11:00 to 8:00 every day. If you’re passing through on 40, definitely stop here.
