Every time I go, there’s less food. The cashier even admitted my salad didn’t look like a large. They up the prices and then keep giving less and less food. He told me to ask for the bigger bowl next time. I ordered large salad. I shouldn’t have to ask for a certain bowl. If I’m paying for a large salad, I want a large salad.

I love Cafe Zupas at Station n I have never had an issue at this location until tonight Aug 17th, 24.. I ordered through the app at 8:40 PM, set the time of pickup at 9:15 PM since today was a stormy, cooler day knowing that it would be busy.. We got there at 9:20 PM n after my daughter waited for our pickup for a couple mins, she comes out to the car n tells me it would be about 5 more mins.. After that I go in, the manager tells me that they are just getting to my order to give him a couple more mins so I go back out to the car n cont to wait.. I go back in n the poor manager is running around with his head cut off, tells me he just has to get my strawberries "ordered 4 extras on the app".. He brings them out n the girl he has getting my order done is now taking her sweet time getting it together when meanwhile the manager n the rest of the employees are busting their tails doing the walk-ins orders.. I was getting so frustrated for the fact she is moving as slow as she could instead of just getting the orders packaged n in the bag.. I ended up leaving their at 9:47 PM with my 2 combo's n 4 extra strawberries.. I get the whole mad rush, cold weather, etc BUT why am I ordering on the app, putting the time out by 30 mins for me to pick it up to turn n be charged almost $6 dollar tip for when I had to wait an extra 30 mins to get my order on pretty much a small order that they hadn't even started till after I got there?! I feel complete bad for the manager for who was running around with his head cut off BUT I sure as hell think I should be giving back some sort of a little credit back for pretty it taking an hr to get 2 soups in a container n 2 simple n I mean simple sandwiches ready to go.. They whole purpose of the app is to eliminate the long wait time PLUS why have an option to when you will be there to pickup when it's 30 mins later that your order is in your hands?! I get 5-10 mins later BUT not 30 mins.. Having Lupas, there are times I can't simply just go in, stand in line to order or such or even go in n sit so when ordering through an app became a thing; it had helped soo much BUT tonight, I could have gone in.. Waited in line.. Paid.. THEN walked out within total 10 mins top.. Soo no.. Almost $6 tip automatically from the app?! Not from the service I got.. Totally unacceptable.. The "only" person I feel bad for is that night manager.. BUT I deserve some kind of credit back!!

ordered regular bb sandwich. they piled a tiny bit of meat and easily a cup of cold slaw ON THE BUN to make the sandwich apprear bigger. when i told them i didnt order the coldslaw, all they did was remove the cole slaw and returned the bun with a very tiny portion of bb meat!. Others at our table got reasonabl potions on their bb meat sandwiches! I will never go to this rip of joint!! stay away. !even if portions end up ok its way higher than subway with not even a 5th of the meat on same priced sandwich! far inferior food and service!!I got a canned basically the problem is you do not deserve good service and our employees are trained properly!.

Food is great but their assembly line system has some major flaws. We waited in the whole line and when we got to the front, they couldn’t find our food and had to remake it. Maybe a simpler method where one person actually knows what you order would work better. It’s just getting worse. Order ahead on the App and save yourself the headache.

We got our sandwich orders no problem, but a girl that was running soups AND adding stuff to salads spent 2-3 minutes on each salad to make them perfect. Me and my mom ordered just two sandwiches and wanted two soups. We waited 15 minutes just to get asked about soups, and it wasn't the girl on the salads. It was the girl taking sandwich orders.
There are three booths filled with trash and no refill of spoons.
I get its lunch rush, though why didn't she switch between salads and soups, make a salad, then a soup and just keep repeating.

The kids behind the counter started taking orders from a couple behind me in line, completely skipping over me. No apology but rather demanded what I was ordering. They then had to remake my sandwich since I ordered no tomato yet they put tomato on my sandwich. Finally as they were taking payment from the couple that was now ahead of me, they completely skipped over a mom and her daughter (ahead of them) trying to get their food and pay. No apologies from anyone. I dont typically like being a "Karen" but man save your time and money and go somewhere else, there's many other options in station park.
