Have been on the hunt for a good bbq spot after my favorite one closed down. Happy to say that I have found a new favorite. The ribs are some of the best I’ve had, the outside is crispy, and the meat falls right off the bone. The spicy bbq sauce is incredible and it compliments the flavor of the ribs well. Definitely recommend.

The food quality at this location has never been very good. The only location I've had good food from is the 400 s location in SLC.
During my recent visit I ordered a three meat plate and was only given two meats. I let the counter know and they apologized and said they would bring it out. I started eating and waited another 10 minutes and had to ask again. Not the end of the world, but I had to ask twice to get what I ordered.

Delicious food, but placing the order was painful. One person (very nice and friendly) was taking the orders, 7 people behind her waiting to fulfill the orders, insted of splitting and adding another two ppl to take orders they let the customers wait in line. There were 7 ppl behind me waiting. It seemed to me thinking on your feet and adjusting to current situation was not present.
The food was amazing. Serve was friendly and atmosphere was family friendly.

Disappointing. I’ve been a fan and order brisket often - 1lb option every time. Spending $ hundreds per week with you guys.
Today’s brisket is horrible, tough, thick chunks and whiter in color.
Nasty! What’s worst is when I called you, manager Issac doesn’t offer to make it right. Something you must learn is how to take care of your customers, especially those that buy you each week.

I’ve been to R&R BBQ before and was super excited to go with two friends who hadn’t been. I got a cheeseburger which maybe was my mistake to get at a BBQ place but I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from here before so I expected it to be good. I had asked for Mayo to be added to my burger, the girl told me they had mayo packets by the soda fountain which they didn’t but not a big deal, when they brought my food I asked for a side of mayo and the guy was super annoyed and just stared at me, before he came back I looked at my burger all the lettuce was wilted/ brown, said there were pickles on the burger but it didn’t come with any also not a big deal just planned to ask for them when he came back, after asking for the pickles he said “is that it now?” And to top it all off there was a hair in the mayo. The guy was super rude to our table but extremely nice to the table right next to us.
I used to be a big fan of yours. We would order $ hundreds in food from you each week.
This last 1lb order of brisket is absolutely horrible. What’s worse is when I called to speak to Issac the manager, he didn’t offer to make it right.

R&R just plain sucks. 5 times in the past 60 days, I get the same old story. We are out of potatoes, we are out of brisket, we are out of turkey. We'll this is the last straw for me. Why and the hell do you guys run out of food all the time? It is only 7:00 pm and you run out of food. Well, no more for me. R&R, you will never get my money again. You guys suck.....
